Bothwell Durable Medical Equipment

Called to set up service with Bothwell and was told, in a not so polite way, to tell my doctor to send the referral to LinnCare since they are a nationwide provider and we are moving from out of the area to Sedalia. I call my doctor and Was told that Bothwell won't take me as a patient. All I need is an Oxygen concentrator and some portable tanks, not a bunch of specialty equipment. I find this to be in very bad form. If a company doesn't want my business they should be upfront about it.
