*Estate Liquidation ~ We are able to provide estate sale services and specialize in ranches, farms and packed estates. Our experienced Family team can help set up, price items and marketing. We can also offer you the option of hosting the sale for you for a commission of the total sale. This will depend on size of the estate. Signs, pricing labels, setting up sale, and taking unwanted items to a thrift store are part of our service. At the end of the sale, the home will be left empty and broom clean. We understand that you have a number of options when choosing an Estate Sale Company and our mission is to educate people, whether they hire us or not, so they can make the best and most informed decisions for their families. This service is priced individually depending on the size and quantity of items. After seeing the property we will submit a written bid to you. All items agreed will be removed from the property. *Finder Service ~ This service is very similar to a personal shopper that you might hire at a designer retail stores. We will find the items that you are searching for through various venues. *Interior Design ~ With our experience with antiques and collectables we are able to focus on your collection when it comes to interior design. *Merchandising ~ With our experience of film set design and retail merchandising, we are able to help you with any retail setting.
