Pirkle & Chapman DMD

Only have great things to say about them so far. New to area, and chose them off good reviews on Google. Went in for an exam and bad crown pain from previous dentist. Amy applied a dental gel that took the pain away almost immediately. Dr. Chapman is a great guy and a great dentist. I was told by a previous dentist that I needed over 5 crowns done (I am 25) and Dr. Chapman assured me that I needed none. I am so happy to have found a good dentist. Staff is very kind too.

Horrible experience! Dr Chapman's assistant Tammy was very rough and rude while taking xrays. After shoving the probe in my mouth multiple times and scraping the inside of my mouth, she told me I had an attitude because I complained. Dr Chapman then came into the room and not really wanting to hear what I had to say about Tammy, told me that if I didn't like the service there then I could take my business elsewhere! No apologies from either one. Wouldn't even look me in the face,, Couldn't believe the lack of concern or compassion that they both had. His partner Dr Pirkle had no comment! What is going on there in that office???

The service I receive is very friendly and professional. I always feel comfortable and the dental hygenist is very gentle on my gums. The treatment I receive is more than what other dental offices have provided for me in the past. Thanks Dr Chapman.
