We were there early March 2017. Matt at the front desk is awesome. So is the young woman that works with him and the guy that sorta looks exactly like him. Parking is very tight but I got it. I did hear some construction type stuff (at one point at 4am) but generally I didn't hear that much. The fresh baked cookies are great. The tiny store they have there is very convenient. You're in Seattle. You might need the $2 ponchos. Breakfast is great with decent variety and freshness. Large room for 3 people. The office has a safe. I loved the lobby. I watched a basketball game there while my family slept. They have a small workout room with skylights. Biggest fridge I ever had in a room. Great Indian food up the street. A liquor store up the street. They have a small business center with an old printer and two huge Macs. Great location in walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Sky Needle and the monorail. They let us keep our bags there for a long time the day we left and needed to get the plane. I think currently this place is a good deal due to the construction next door. Maybe get a room on the left side of the building to stay away from the construction. Also they have awesome dual shower heads and I found the same shower head and installed it at home.
This is one the most amazing places I have stayed. Now it is not because of the luxury, but it is because of the team that works there. I never felt like anything other than family. We were stuck in Seattle when Hurricane Irma hit our area.. We had no idea how long we would be there and honestly what we were going home to. EVERYONE there made us feel wanted and actually said DO NOT WORRY you have a place here as long as you need it. Asked us everyday for an update, they were so warm and welcoming I almost hated to leave because of them. The rooms were really unique and again made you feel like you were home. They have everything you wanted and needed in your room. Their breakfast was simple but not basic. They took great care in making sure you got to eat like the locals do, from granola to fresh preserves even local cheese and even organic boiled eggs. I will go back JUST to stay there without any hesitation.
This was my husband's and my first visit to Seattle, and he was so sweetly excited to try this brunch place after reading the good reviews online. Also happy to see all the LGBT-friendly signs outside, on the walls. But we a long wait outside that weekend morning and once we were finally seated, our server was so indifferent and abrupt with us that we didn't appreciate the food at all. My pancakes were pretty dry anyway. Saw our server being very attentive and friendly with all other customers; wonder what we could've done immediately after we were seated to tick him off. Never again.
Stopped in while waiting for passport. Was really pleased with the food, excellent quality. The service and atmosphere were great as well. Solid restaurant.
The new james moore food diner that opened at the moore hotel is absolutly amazing experiance. The best margarita ive ever had not only from a restaurant but anywhere at hands down best drink and best barroucca tacos. Tender meat spice to perfectiin complimemts to damian the chef
Loved loved their Katsu Moco with fried rice. MUST get the fried rice. Other menu items at other tables looked delicious.
Ace hotel really help make our Seattle experience even better, very clean facilities and the breakfast serve until 12:00n really help our budget.
I just completed a seminar here. I was on site for 3 days. The restaurant and room service are delicious. The meeting rooms were great for our function. The gym was amazing! all in all a convenient location for exploring downtown seattle as well. 5-6 blocks from pike's fish market if I remember correctly.
Fabulous experience. Will be coming back up for breakfast soon. Thank you!
Like always, this is a great place to eat! Thank you.
