First of all, I would like to state that I work at a car dealership. We ship a lot of cars daily. my customer was interested in shipping her car to Cali from Seattle. I offered her to use enclosed car transport since car was really expensive even tho we knew it would cost more. we got the quote from them, agreed with that quote(which was not the cheapest option there) and then scheduled the pickup date. we called them on jan 12, pickup was scheduled on jan 14th but actually pickup happened on jan 16. i am in the industry and i know that exact dates cant be guaranteed here, and told about that my customer. She was a bit upset when driver called her on jan 14 saying about the issue he had, but we didnt have any other option, since it would take more if we called other companies. driver called jan 15th afternoon saying he would be jan 16th 9am. that was great, dealership was open at that time, we did all paperwork for jan 14th but had to keep the car till jan 16th. he came, loaded it onto his enclosed truck and left, delivery was on time and to the fron door of my customer. will def keep working with you for my future deals., just need to let my customers know about the possible delays (both on pickups and dropoffs).
I started the process early in February. The price was higher so I decided to wait especially I was not in a rush. I met the driver at a predetermined location and the loading went smooth. The driver was REALLY GREAT! He reached out to me to provide updates on when he would deliver the vehicle. Btw, he went out of his way to help me because my car was very low he took the time to make sure it was not damaged to unload. Everything was great!
my car was supposed to be picked up on march 1st while the driver picked that up by two days delay! In addition car was dirty when i receive it in Seattle.
the vehicle was picked up at the promised time and delivered same day promised, i am completely satisfied with their service.
