Provided by Citysearch -We bought a refrigerator for our business and were told this was the 'best model.' The refrigerator did not work well from delivery (did not cool and started leaking clear water on to our floors). Called for help was told 'you have to deal with it yourself' this is a direct quote. When I tried to speak and ask question was told 'maam, I am trying to help you please be quiet for a moment' another direct quote. I was then asked if I had my serial number for the unit purchased and when I asked if they could give it to me the staff responded with 'I guess we have to get that for you.' When the conversation was over while I was thanking and saying goodbye the staff on call hung up on me.
Unresponsive and rude service. Product sold not as promise - though I acknowledge the fact that broken appliance is not their fault. Buy your appliances at Sears, much less pricey and way better support and customer service.

Provided by Citysearch -We purchased A Refrigerator and Washer Dryer for our new Townhome. One month prior to move in, I went to the store to request an upgraded W/D. It took 3 phone calls to them, during the course of the month to establish if the W/D requested would fit. It was only delivered 2 days prior to move in, after our walk through. The refrigerator was delivered at the same time. It did not work. We lost all our cold food and a replacement refrigerator was not available until 3 days later. It took an entire day of phone calls again to get the information that a replacement would be provided. Wiseman's would not cover any of the lost food costs. They would only go to the manufactuer to request it, with a receipt for the items. My opinion of their customer service, is very poor. I would not reccommend them.
