Overall
This place hasn't really gotte...

This place hasn't really gotten any better in a year so if you're hoping four years of waiting has made the place a little better to live in, think again.

Felicity, the main building manager, is still rude and standoffish. Megan and the other lady (I forget her name) are nice, but whenever there's something "important," you will most always end up talking to Felicity. Her customer service is straight-up awful, and apparently that isn't going to change.

They still have roaches. I generally keep a very clean home, and I have seen at least eight roaches as long as my thumbnail scuttering across my carpet, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, and in the entrance hallway.

The water tanks are old. Good luck getting hot water quickly within ten minutes. Considering there are no dish washers in the units, this bothers me, because I never feel like my dishes are clean enough.

The trash is still an issue. When I brought it up with management, they said they try to keep an eye out to let people know not to dump on the sides, but four trash and four recycling just doesn't seem enough for such a large complex. The only time I've ever been able to get trash in easily is right after pick-up days, once a week, and that can be irritating.

None of the utilities are included. Not a one. They are all billed to you separately. Conservice, Seattle City Light, and PSE, not counting your potential cable or phone bills. So while it's true that rent might be in your price range, anticipate an extra $100-$200 in monthly expenses.

While it's true that it's close to the Beacon Hill station, definitely take the LINK if you want to get anywhere quickly. The 36 takes much longer than is needed, but only because there are so many stops.

It's also nice that you can bring in 2+ pets (I have cats) on the one pet deposit fee, but considering all the above issues, it really isn't worth it. Do not pick this place.
