We are a court-approved transcriber in King County. Our specialty is digital reporting audio files, court hearings and proceedings, including depositions and examinations under oath, but we can provide quality transcripts of just about anything at an extremely competitive rate to you, at the specifications you need. We can produce just about any digital file format, along with microcassette, CD or DVD formats, as well as files playable within FTR products, Express Scribe and its suite of products, and Wavtext Transcriber, along with VoiceIQ, Liberty Court Player, Courtsmart, Soniclear, InqScribe and Digital Court Player and the BIS player, just to name a few.

Amenities

For pre-recorded audio, we charge $2.00 per audio minute with a 5 business-day turnaround. However, turnaround times can vary and jobs of 120 audio minutes or less are usually completed within 48 hours of receiving FULL payment and audio. We currently accept cash, check, money order, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or Discover card. This price includes document formatting of standard letter size with 12-point Courier font and 1-inch page margins in both Word and PDF formats. This price includes all types of audio, no matter the quality. Many times, same-day turnaround is also available, for which we also do not charge extra for. Separate rates by the page apply for court-certified work.
