After ordering for a year, at least 30 times, I find out that I'm on their "blacklist" and they won't deliver to me any more. Because I don't tip at least 5 percent with each order.I never knew about such a requirement, and it was never listed on any bill. Not until I found out that they were refusing to deliver to me and that I was blacklisted.If this were a condition of continued service, they could have included it in the bill. Or at least asked up front. I would have gladly paid either way. But NOT after a year of orders in which they were tipped at least $2 to $5 with each order. Despite the missed items in orders.And AFTER explaining that I was on their delivery "blacklist" for a reason they had never explained UNTIL the "blacklist," despite my dealing with them on what I thought had been a fair and equitable basis, they had the gall to ask if I wanted to come in and pick my order up!Which is sad, because their food is actually quite good.
