I wish I could give them 0 stars. Run away from Seattle Orchids!! Use Ebay or Orchids Limited or orchidweb.com. If you receive an orchid from them with even one damaged leaf send it back now. I received one suspect orchid amongst the other 7 orchids I purchased. My purchase was over $260.00. I am a very experienced orchid grower and have a green house. I also am an active member of the SD Orchid Society and belong to the species group. I bought this orchid with its fellow species outdoor in appropriate environment. The orchid I received had damaged leaves, no new growth, suspect health and looked like it was the runt of the litter. But because of my experience, I chose to overlook this and figured I could save the runt. Krysta, from customer service, told me they never send out a plant that does not have a new growth. I assure you, this plant did not have a new growth nor was it healthy. Although it is my fault that I didn't note their return policy of one week, I have dealt with multiple orchid growers who have a "two week" return policy. Orchids Limited or orchidweb.com or just about any grower on ebay will take back a plant past its return policy date because in the real world, it takes more than 7-14 days to figure out if your plant will live or not, especially if you're trying to give the grower the benefit of the doubt and nurse a suspect plant yourself. Do not buy orchids from this company.
