top notch service!

we had a rodent challenge and redi solved it fast! we are so glad that they cared about what my family was going through, everyone we have came into contact with from the company has been just good people! that is rare these days! i recommend them to everyone.

Terrible customer service

We had a rodent problem. We called redi national to help us. They came out charged us a bunch of money and after 2 years we still have a rodent problem. They charge you for work that they don't do. The receptionists are so rude. It's just not worth it. They are just not reliable and in the yellow pages they say they guarantee their work but you will still have rodent problems. And the sad thing is they don't care.....

Great until you have a contract - buyer beware!

Redi National Says the right things upfront. They hook you into a year long contract. The first few months are good, then they never show up. But they still bill you monthly even though you don't receive service. They never get back to you when you leave messages. I called over 6 times to rectify the situation, no one is ever available to help me when I call. I am promised a call back and it never happens, I've written letters and they never reply. They don't honor their coupons in the yellow pages. DO NOT use this company unless you want to struggle with thier horrible billing.

Extremely thorough and helpful

Let me rave about these guys. Our crawl space and two attics needed total clean outs because of a major infestation. At first we thought this might be a gimmick, but we asked lots of questions and our inspector, Chad, really knew his stuff. He gave us options, and we chose to just have a monthly service. While this worked initially, once the weather started getting worse, we saw the rodent activity come back a little. My husband went into the attic and crawl space with Chad and Chad showed him all of the rodent activity. We would have rather spent the money on a new kitchen, but we knew this was really important to take care of, and we're glad we did. No rodents, super clean crawl space, and great, personal service plus follow up!

Commercial Customer of Redi-National

Our experience with Redi-Nation has been outstanding. I found my inspector to be knowlegable and a ""do what I say"" kind of person. Six Pest Control Techs serviced our business recently and met everything listed in contract agreement. Our clean-out in our crawl space was done right and on time. As I had my inspector's cell number, communication was far from challenging. In addition, I got other quotes and found Redi's to be competitively priced. We are on a monthly program now and everything is great. Our pests are under controll and have been eliminated. We hightly recommend working with Redi-National.

Redi-National should be out of business

This company did not follow through with ANY of the terms in the written contract we signed with them. They did not keep appointments. They would not return our numerous phone calls. They have a very high turn over rate and our completely understaffed. Every dealing we had with them was awful. Do not recommend them at all.
