General Info: Post Alley Court offers our residents a 24-hour fitness center, a beautiful sundeck overlooking Elliott Bay, tranquil courtyard with waterfall, secured entry, 24-hour emergency maintenance pager, cable and high speed internet ready, washer/dryers in select apartments and an on-site laundry facility, fully equipped kitchens with Pergo floors, and most of all an uncompromising customer service you will not find anywhere else. Here at Post Alley Court we offer studio and one bedroom apartment homes. We have studios ranging from $950 to $1540 (sq. ft. ranges from 317 to 468) and one bedrooms ranging from $995 to $1595 (sq. ft. ranges from 423 to 550) depending on square footage, location and view. Most of our apartments feature: newer carpet, new stainless steel appliances, track light fixtures, custom cabinetry, panel doors, base boards, crown molding and both floor plans have a large kitchen with ample cupboard space including a pantry in some units and a spacious bedroom (or living area for the studio) with a closet. We welcome pets up to a 40 pound weight limit and there are breed restrictions and fees that apply.
