Horrible. Do not... I Say again Do not trust this company. Nortech TV & APPLIANCE SERVICE. Took my LG TV "Smart". It was. 9-6-16.... Currently 10-14-06. Nothing but excuses. I was very accommodating and considerate. Still to this date I have heard nothing from them. Civil suit still pending. They still have my TV
