Overall
Finally

It is absolutely amazing how hard it is to find a half decent bagel in downtown Seattle! Noah's to the rescue.

They aren't the worlds best bagels, but they are pretty good, and they are the best bagel in a 3 mile radius, that's for sure. The location is clean and the staff is helpful. If they keep it up they will do a brisk business for years to come in this location nestled among the public buildings.
