We had a great experience with Dr Chen. My son was very uncertain and shy, she made him feel heard and confident on each step. We never feel rushed and have had no problems making convenient appointments. Dr Chen answered any questions I had in clear understandable terms. The price was very reasonable. I'll be back with my daughter soon!

Dr. Chen has great patience and skill. Her office is clean and bright and her team is amazingly responsive! I would greatly recommend Dr. Chen's ortho expertise. She suggested us work with a speech therapist for tongue thrust and it has helped greatly and my daughter's time in braces took less time than expected.

Dr. Chen is a real professional w/ lots of knowledge. She makes the parent calm and confident in what she is doing. My kids was always looking forward for the appointment w/ Dr. Chen since they were so fast and painless.

Not only do Erica and Dr. Chen go out of their way to make this an easy experience - but they also even came to me to drop off retainers. I had some anxiety with everything but she was patient and really kind to me all the time. I am beyond impressed by how beautiful my smile (and confidence!) has become (: They really made this a quick, easy, and simple process. I'm sad to not be able to see them as often.

My 2 sons have been treated by Dr. Chen since about 2016, first with Phase 1 treatment and now with Phase 2 treatment. We have been impressed with her kindness, communication and the treatment itself. Erika at the front desk is also a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend Dr. Chen's office!

Through the whole process of receiving Invisalign with Jean Chen, she was of the utmost of help. From the beginning of the process, Jean Chen explained to my what the whole process would be like beginning to end. She provided answers to all my questions. She was especially great when answering any concerns I had; letting me know what to expect and at what point in the process my concern would be addressed. Dr. Jean Chen is extremely kind and accomodates to her patients, making you feeling comfortable every step of the way!

Dr. Chen was kind, gentle, professional, and competent throughout my daughter's orthodontic treatment. From the beginning, she was careful to explain the plan and each step along the way. Sophie never complained about having to go to her appointments, and her smile looks great!

They were always willing to answer any questions i had and provide good information. I drive an hour to and from my appointment and it was worth every trip and I would do it a again.

Dr. Chen has been the perfect orthodontist for my introverted daughter. She has taken exceptional and gentle care of my daughter, really listening to her needs and desired outcomes. We have had complete trust in the decisions she's made about the course of action to take to get my daughter's smile looking healthy and to a result my daughter is comfortable with. Dr. Chen has responded quickly when we've had minor emergencies like broken brackets or lost retainers so the course of treatment has never been interrupted. Can't recommend Dr. Chen enough for a thoughtful, caring, and attentive orthodontic experience.
