This organization is the worst vet care I have ever received. I went to get a ultrasound for my very sick cat and stayed over four hours. At about two hours a vet took us into another room and listed every life-threatening condition our cat might have and that we should approve expensive procedures in advance. If you are worried or fragile about your cats health you might be influenced to pay for extremely expensive procedures that, in our case, proved unnecessary. I strongly recommend that you find a vet you can trust who doesn't ask you to pay for anything without doing tests first.
Going to a veterinary emergency hospital is never easy when life or death decisions are involved. But I can't help but be grateful to the staff and doctors at ACCES for their responsiveness to my situation. They took kitty right to the back and began working on her to save her life. Turns out he was blocked and needed a catheter placed.
After a few days of care kitty was just fine and went home happy and on the way to being fully healed. I am so grateful to the doctors, who kept me updated every step of the way while kitty was in the hospital. I should also mention that the staff was very professional yet kind while I sat and worried over my cat. Thanks ACCES. To anyone wondering about going to this place, I highly recommend it.

This facility is great. We took our puppy in for a urinary tract infection, and every staff member was very kind and caring toward Daisy and toward us. Of course, it took a while, but we expected that on a Friday night. The place is immaculate, and the vet was knowledgable. I expected it to be pricey, and it the charges were within reason. Highly recommended.

I would have to say that no one ever wants to use an emergency vet, but if you have to, this is the place to go. They have a lot of great ideas and are really concerned and work well with you as an owner. They called back with updates when they said they would. They let me visit when it was convenient for both of us. They had specialists in house that they referred me to directly to that were able to help with my dog and what was going on at the time...having all of this in one place just makes sense and they did a great job and getting me and my dog through times of sickness, more than once, and it has been great each time. He doesn't even mind going there like he does his regular vet sometimes. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to use their many services and can't say enough about everything they offer and how well they treat you as an owner.
