Provided by DexKnowsI have a recurring lower back injury that flared back up recently. After seeing my Dr. at Minor and James I set out with a prescription to get filled.Being someone who prefers to take medicine as a last resort I saw back braces in the window of a small shop across the street that I almost walked right past. I decided to walk in and ask if anyone in there was familiar with my particular injury. Not only did I learn more of what specifically was happening with my body to bring the pain on, the man inside also helped me make sense of my insurance coverage and what exact brace would be best for me. It's right at the center of everything downtown, and they are very personable, and eager to help you.

Provided by DexKnowsis this schedule correct...you are only open one day a week? I'm trying to put together a list of medical supply companies for our pharmacie's customer, but I don't think I'll be using someone who's only open one day a week.

Provided by DexKnowsServicesMy Doctor forgot to write my compression on my prescription, but American Healthcare staff accurately measure my compression, faxed it back to the doctor and saved me a trip. I got my supply on one trip and saved bus fare and aggravation of commuting. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

Provided by DexKnowso 8 Months Pregnant• Walking two blocks from Harborview Hospital after a prenatal visit, I had a nature call and needed to use the bathroom. The convenient stores or the Teriyaki Shop will not allow a non-customer to use the bathroom, despite my 8 months pregnancy. I walked down to this medical shop and asked that I needed to use bathroom. They happily obliged, and I later discover that I can buy a breast pump and diaper there after giving birth. They are kind.Debbie

Provided by SuperpagesGood SamaritanI left my Doctors office needing Ostsony supplies. The Minor and James pharmacy pointed me across the street to a medical shop for my supplies. I walked across the street to this medical shop only be told, they dont take my insurance, which is Group Health. When I refused to leave as the blood was dripping on my bag, the owner gave me my Osytomy supplies at no charge. He saved my life and he is a Good Samaritan.

Provided by DexKnowsThey do not answer their phones, do not return their messages and rather than try to work with you, they throw up excuses and roadblocks.
