A First Student bus Driver ran a stop sign and hit my vehicle. My vehicle was damaged along the passenger side. I did not have a stop sign or light and the bus driver kept saying "I didn't see you!" I didn't see you!" I called 9-1-1 and while I was talking to them to get police to the scene (before we even exchanged information) the First Student dispatch instructed the driver (who was completely shook and should not have been driving after the accident) to leave the accident scene and go pick up the kids because she was late. This is irresponsible and dangerous for the kids and the driver. She left the scene as instructed. I called the company and sent them the accident report (I had witness statements too), the company refused to provide insurance information stating there was no police report (remember they left the scene before the police came). This is a dishonest company who is not concerned about passenger, driver, or other people's safety. They need to be shut down or get new leadership!
This place is an absolute joke. I wouldn't hire them if you paid me, if you threaten my life if I didn't, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy.
I am a frequent user of Uber in Seattle. All the trips have been timely, in clean cars and with friendly drivers. I did have one pick-up problem in Seattle at rush hour. It was mostly my fault, I was in a very poor location and the first driver could not find me.
The driver of First Student bus #111454 sped across Rainier Ave S west up McClellan St in the curb lane which was running out next to me this morning at 7:45, forcing its way in front of me. By 'forcing,' the bus would have clearly pushed me into oncoming traffic had I not almost stopped to let it in front of me. Really, is getting one more car length ahead worth endangering passengers and other drivers?
I have never used the transia service but they work for the starbucks corporate offices next to my work and they are terrible drivers! they are constantly speeding down utah st., the alley behind my work. they have almost driven straight into me multiple times, pulling out into traffic without even looking. one particular driver has almost hit my truck on several occasions. they are some of the most unsafe drivers i've ever seen, acting like they own the road and constantly almost causing accidents. someone needs to put them in check because utah street has a ton of foot traffic and they are going to kill someone one of these times!!!
i cannot wait to takeGreyhound again.I am a senior and I dont have a lot of money. The people are nice and helpful.I am leaving soon and I am in the midst of planning my trip.
Online school is supposed to be help students learn by their own time with lessons that make sense, and that is exactly what Apex didn't do. None of it was very organized and the according to my son, the study sections did not prepare you for the chapter tests. All of it stressed him out- really wish we went with another program.
They are professional, and curtius at all times, and the drivers are always striving to make the passengers comfterable at all times.
worst mistake of my life, horrible service, old grumpy driver, waste of money and time...I would rather pay a cab to take me to another city than paying these people. I guess I don't have to say much, just read peoples review on Google/yelp/....
