OH MY GOD WORSE SERIVE IN THE WORLD I AM MAD AT MYSELF FOR EVEN GIVING IT ONE STAR PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU GO HERE I SENT OUT TWO ITEMS 3 WEEKS AGO ONE TO CALIFORNIA AND ONE TO MAINE FROM EBAY NOT ONLY HAVE NEITHER OF THEM RECIEVED EITHER PACKAGE I SHOULD HAVE DROVE THEM THERE IN 3 WEEKS I HAD TO REFUND THE BUYERS THRU EBAY THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE DONT ASK FOR A TRACKING NUMBER BECAUSE YOU WILL GET YELLED AT AFTER MY BUYERS MESSAGED ME AND OPENED A CASE ON EBAY 2 WEEKS FROM WHEN I PAID TO SENT IT FROM HERE I WENT BACK I WAS TOLD TO GET OUT DONT CALL YOU WILL GET HUNG UP ON! I GUESS I IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG WHEN I WENT IN (DONT ELIEVE ME GO TAKE A LOOK FOR YOURSELF SHIPPMENTS ARE EVERYWHERE) I JUST WISH I CAN SAVE SOIMEONE ELSE FROM THE HASSLE AND GETTING RIPPED OFF

This business has the worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. There are two people who typically work in this store. The review below refers to the sandy-haired man who I believe might be the owner?The individual mentioned above refused to ship a package for me because - get this, I ask too many questions about different shipping options. Please note that it takes only a minute or two to address these questions. In his words, it "takes too much time". He seems to take it as an affront that you would ask about another shipping option other than what he chooses.When you are a mailing store which offers different shipping options, it is of course part of your job to explain the options to your customers. The person above refuses to perform his job.Now you might think the situation I described above is hard to believe. How could a business refuse service to a customer if the customer is asking the business to do what should be its core competency - discussing different shipping options? I would note that if you read the other 1 star reviews - you will see similar comments about this person. Also, I invite the business owner to respond to this review, and see if he can explain himself. I am confident that he cannot justify his behavior.Please note that there is another nearby business - Alki Mail and Dispatch - which offers the same services. Alki Mail and Dispatch will respond to Yelp reviews, which shows that they care about what their customers think and are customer-centric.Sorry for the long review. I have never been refused service by a business in my life - this is the first time - and I find the reason unbelievable. To reiterate, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, no exaggeration.
