they broke my car, horrible service the people were racist and I disliked the way the big headed guy talked to me. I am very disgusted. worst place to get your car fixed. On the way home the car broke down on the highway and I crashed into 3 other cars.. DO NOT COME HERE

I had a great experience there. They got us into a Prius and it has been an awesome family car. We worked with Richard and hammer. It was a long process but they wanted to be sure to find us the perfect loan as well as the perfect car. A couple of weeks after we got the car, the check engine light came on. You sign a waiver that the car is sold as is, however they paid for it to be fixed immediately. And with no problems. When we get another car, we intend to purchase through them again.
Yesterday I purchased a car from Pierre Money Mart and I just wanted to share my experience of how Fred Fouad El's customer service was exemplary. He went out of his way to not only help me purchase a car (which can be very stressful) he went the extra mile to go out of his way to make paperwork not so stressful! Great customer service is really hard to find these days and so after a long day at work for me it was pleasant to see that it still exist. I know people say he is just being nice because it's his job, but as a consumer you know what is sincere and what is not. There was no pressure, and I absolutely love that in a business. If you want to purchase great cars, and get great customer service, come to Pierre Money Mart. Thank you Fred for outstanding customer service! Oh and by the way I love my car!
We came in with no high expectations because we have had years of financing issues...... so we did not expect to qualify for a brand new Mitsubishi Mirage 2015 .......imagine our surprise when Tom told my husband and I we we're approved.......I believe Tom truly put forth the work. Needed a reliable car for my new job, old one was ready to die any moment. We are a returning customer that had bad credit last year and they were able to get us into a car to build our credit. We returned this year to trade in that car and get a better car. We got an outstanding deal on a new car. We worked out a deal on a new car with only 24 miles on it. James at Pierre Money Mart really helped us get into a better car.
After several years of multiple surgeries and health issues in the family our credit is not in the best shape. We went into one dealership and were treated so poorly I was close to tears when we left. So we tried Pierre. At the time our other car was down and we didn't have a way to get into the office. They offered to pay for a taxi (about $150) to get us there, we didn't need it in the end, but it was a wonderful offer. We worked with Bill Ploeger. He was outstanding. He explained everything to us step by step, helped us to see how we can improve our credit, found us a vehicle that would work for our budget, and managed to get our down payment deferred until we could manage it. One of our biggest issues was finding a car that we could afford that my mom (who has some painful health issues) can get in and out of easily. He accomplished that. My five year old daughter was with us and his patience was without end with her wiggling and jabbering. I don't know how else to sing the praises of this man and Pierre Money Mart. The only problem we had wasn't really a problem at all. He called us apologizing after we left in our new car to say that he had forgotten to put the temporary tag in the back. We pulled off and spent a few short minutes poking around getting to know our new car while he drove the tags right to us. Wonderful customer service, clean organized business, excellent product. We will be back in a year to replace our second car and then again any time we need a vehicle. THANK YOU BILL!!!!!
