Some dummy T-Boned my car and his insurance company sent me to another auto body shop - well after stopping by and getting the overall impression that those folks didn't really care about what was in my best interests - i asked around and some of my friends recommended this bodyshop - i checked yelp and confirmed a lack of deuschbaggery called and scheduled the repair. The auto service guy (john?) explained that the car is likely to have additional damage - they took the car in and sure enough my car had more damage than the other Insurance company body shop quoted for. Accucraft contacted the insurance company - they then TOTALED!! my vehicle!! even though the shop attempted to work out an arrangement with them. Long story short - The insurance company killed my BMW and wanted to pay me crap for it. The lovely gents @ AccuCraft Collision explained the process, I negotiated a settlement with the insurance company & kept the car (great car!) Accucraft then used the same money the insurance company paid me - fixed the related damage then went and took care of a whole bunch of other smaller cosmetic stuff while they were at it FOR FREE!. I don't know about a whole bunch of automotive repair facilities - but overall they all seem to suck and steal money. These guys don't. Then end.
I own a 1968 Olds Cutlass - my pride and joy. After a mishap with a telephone pole (they're tricky at night . . .ninja-like), I needed some front end work. Unfortunately, I don't have it insured for collision, so this would be out of pocket expenses. But it was nothing huge, a dented fender needing some bondo and paint and a bumper that had to be pulled out. I estimated the labor to be around $600 and parts (paint) about $75. I took it to several body shops (mostly insurance repair joints) and four flat out refused to do the work without giving me a quote. I couldn't believe it - they were turning down a job because they could make more money overcharging some insurance company. I also took the car to the shop down the street - who quoted me a price of $1,400 to maybe $5,000 (!!!). The last place I checked out was Roosevelt Auto Body. The owner, Dustin McLaughlin, is the nice guy on the planet. They did a great job, and the best part - only charged me $400. Do yourselves a favor - go here first.
Recently had some car repair done here after I backed into a cement pole (doh!). When I went for my estimate they were very nice and also were able to complete it during my lunch break. The staff were very friendly. After collecting several estimates, I decided to schedule the work at this shop. I picked a week for the repair to occur. Two weeks before the work was scheduled they called me to follow-up on the insurance end of the situation. This was my first time utilizing my insurance, and the staff at this body shop was able to tell me exactly what I needed to do and were very helpful! They knew more about what to do than my insurance agent and helped me connect with the claims department (which my agent also failed to do). While the work was being done I was called for an update just as I had requested and the work was finished on time and looks great!
Another driver backed into my car and I needed a cover on my bumper replaced...nothing major, but not something I felt like I could tackle myself. The same part had been damaged before and replaced by another shop and it never quite fit right. I took the car to Roosevelt after reading reviews here. He met me in the parking lot while I was trying to park the car, gave me a quote and ordered the part on the spot. It took 5 minutes. The part was in in less than a week. He told me to drop by and he could do it while I waited. I was out running errands and I happened to be in his area a couple of days later, so I stopped. Just like he said, he took my car immediately and replaced the part...no wait, looks better than it did before the mishap, and labor was really fair. This guy is awesome!
Needed an oil change on a Friday for the weekend. Called Roosevelt and the receptionist said come on down. I couldn't believe it when the receptionist told me it would be about 20 minutes to complete... even more so it actually did only take about 20 minutes! Nice clean waiting room (with a great magazine selection), receptionist was informative, professional, and overall a charm. The tech that performed my oil change came in to give the receptionist the keys and even he was friendly to me! Got a couple quotes for other services I need (tires, etc) and will definitely be back! Low prices and fast, friendly, knowledgeable service- go with Roosevelt Auto!
Someone rear-ended me and left a bit more than a love tap, so I went to Roosevelt Auto Body to get an estimate. I had gone there before and remember it being pretty quick and easy. They were able to get me in near the end of their day without an appointment and did a quick and easy estimate. Even though they were booked through the holidays, I was able to bring my car in for repairs that only took half a day. I worked mainly with Christian and he was super friendly and took great care of my car. I only had a small repair, so I'm not sure how they handle big damages, but I had a good experience with them and would recommend them to others.
They did what they said they would do and they even washed my vehicle, which was unexpected. Their prices are reasonable. The new parts were installed perfectly. I was informed during the repair process. The man who helped me was a good person and offered me a ride home even though my home is within walking distance of this business. It was a nice offer. The lobby was very nice and very clean. I was impressed with how friendly they were. They were definitely customer service oriented and they weren't in a hurry. They took their time to explain the repairs.
I brought my car in needing a replacement rear bumper cover (what looks like the bumper to you or me) from a parking lot accident and was happy that the quote was less than my $1k deductible so I'm paying out of pocket. They got the part quickly, the work was done as scheduled, they communicated throughout the process, and it looks like new. I was concerned about the comments from prior reviewers, however they guarantee their work for as long as I own the car so I'm not at all concerned. Great service, great price, great job.
I was referred here by University Audi. I had my S4 slammed in the rear by a old lady on the way home from work. My heart was so broken. I called Collision Care and they took care of me. They got me in a rental and the car was fixed on time and it looks perfect. You can't asked for anything else. I've been jerked around by other shops who don't seem to care and take their sweet time. I have lots of friends with fancy cars so I'll be sending them to Collision Care. Thanks guys!!!!
My poor car must be a magnet because in the past year it has been hit twice...while parked. Luckily in both cases Roosevelt Auto Body came to the rescue! I was referred to them by a friend and I have to say, I was amazed at how easy they made getting my car repaired. My car was returned to me looking brand new. They are friendly and did all they could to make a stressful situation less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an auto body shop!
