I am not sure why there is so much negative stuff about this company??? Property management seems like a very difficult job and in my opinion they do it exceptionally. I think some people may be being a little sensitive about some things. They manage my building and myself and all of my tenants have always been very happy with their service. They are family operated so you get a different feel from them than a large company. Their location is ideal and you can walk in anytime and talk to someone. When I call I rarely get a voicemail and they are super prompt when responding to emails as well. In property management I know you deal with so many different people and you definitely can't please everyone. I think that is where the negative comments come from. I just wanted to put in my two cents since I am a loyal happy customer and have been for years.

I'd like to open an internet cafe and thrift store in Lake city Washington. I found a place for rent and the rent is very reasonable, I tried to call the phone number listed. - it was disconnected. so I am trying to contact Woodland Realty Services to rent the store. I haven't found a web page for them, so if they need one, I will trade my services as a web designer for the rent. or part of the rent. either way, I still want to rent the strore. thank you- Darral Good- wish my luck on getting in contact with the right people. I beleive this is a good oppourtunity If you know woodland realty tell them to get in contact with me- my email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
This was my first time buying a house in a pretty brutal housing market, but I felt like Danny had the expertise and the patience to help me find what I was looking for. Danny answered my endless questions quickly, but thoughtfully, and quickly honed in on what my partner and I were looking for. When it came time to put in an offer, Danny had thoroughly analyzed the market in our area and helped us put together something that made sense for the market, and for our budget. And we got our dream house! A big thanks to Danny for making the process understandable and manageable for a newbie home-buyer!
Danny Greco worked with me in the Seattle area last week. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor because he is trustworthy, reliable, professional, and will work hard for his client. Danny also went the 'extra mile' so to speak, to help meet my family's specific criteria, which included accessible, special needs and one level living. In a seller's market, Danny worked hard on my behalf as a buyer. He knows the real estate business and what it takes to get you the house you want in the Seattle area. I hope this will help anyone trying to find a realtor - Danny Greco is outstanding.
Jennifer Miller is the best property manager that I have ever had. She inherited a disaster. The house had been trashed by the previous property manager and the tenants. She got the place all fixed up, worked with the insurance people such that some of the repairs got reimbursed. She had to work a lot with the contractor and the insurance people for many hours on her own. She found a renter who was a good fit and wanted to do some repairs as well as pay rent. Things have improved steadily since Jennifer took over. I am glad to have Jennifer as my property manager.
A couple of years ago Karen and Bunny worked diligently to help sell my home. The suggestions they made regarding staging my house, when to have an open house, having cookies freshly baked for the open house were just a few of the details they tended to. When it came to getting an offer, they worked tirelessly on my behalf. The whole process (although always longer than one wants) went seamlessly. So much so that I hired them to help me locate the house that I bought. They are great on both ends--buying and selling. They're a terrific team!
I have been renting from Ballard Property Management for several years and have been so pleased with the level of service I have received. The staff has always been so attentive and quick to solve any maintenance concerns that I have. I know they manage many apartments around Ballard, but I always feel as if I am their only tenant when speaking to them. I would recommend this family business to anyone looking to rent a fabulous apartment with a excellent level of professionalism from the staff!
Danny helped us purchase our new home and was extremely efficient and responsive (emails replied usually within 20 minutes, nuts!). Great follow-up, seamless interaction with all responsible parties and made what could potentially be a disastrously frustrating experience become an entirely EASY one. Danny is the epitome of an excellent realtor - does his research thoroughly, knows the local market and when the time came, helped us write a great offer. Can't recommend him highly enough!
I moved here to The Queensborough a couple years ago. I love the building and location. I feel right at home here. The building is a quiet, safe and has security entry doors with a peep hole camera. I love my apartment, it looks out at the Puget Sound and The Space Needle. I am only a couple of blocks to Safeway, Easy Street Records, Subway, Bars and resturants. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The roof deck is Awesome. This is a nice place to live...
Really happy new management has been 'finally" put in place and old deadbeat onsite mgr is long gone. My mail is now secure due to the locking mailboxes and the roadways are repaired and never looked better. Looking forward to whatever upgrades around the community the new management has in store. I like the changes and so do my neighbors. I'm sure its not an easy job and I know you can't please all of the people all of the time.
