I couldn't have taken my iPhone 6 LCD Digitizer replacement any where better than Freedom Wireless. Osman the owner was very professional and didn't give me any reason to doubt his work and knowledge towards the repair of my iPhone 6 lcd Digitizer. I honestly any one in the area to go visit this guy he is unbelievable and I would definalely go back to him in the near future for any type of cellphone problems and yes he was so kind that he even went above and beyond to put new screen protector on my screen after replacing it. Price wise I was very satisfied compare to what I was told from other repair shops. Thank you so much Osman for being there for me when I really needed you the most...Wishing you all the best in your business...

Be aware that when you signup with Verizon they will hook you into a lifetime contract that they change every chance that they get. Terrible customer service. Terrible business practices. They are bad from the top of the company down to the bottom. Their contracts are a scam to hook their ccustomers.
When i first went in for a cracked screen, I thought it was an ok deal to get it fixed for ~$150. Not sure why it is so much, they are taking advantage of the fact that they know most people dont want to have to move all of their info over and re-personalize their phone. Anyway, after 2 days, the phone died. I took it back in, they said they would give me the 150 off of buying a used one which I still had to pay another $100 bucks for! and it was a really lame phone. Then after about 6 weeks, that phone died too! The Sprint person said the battery was swollen and it should have never been sold. They only have a 30 day warranty on their used phones and would not take it back or give me any refunds, assistance, nothing! I would never go here again and would suggest you be cautious. Definitely, dont buy their used phones, with a 30 day warranty, you taking a huge risk. So, I basically, spent $250 on the use of a lame cell phone for a month and half. Never again!.. Better to go the ebay route after checking the registry to make sure it is not stolen. Better phone, better price. Don't risk going to this place, that's for sure!
