Purchased a used Q7 - Addison and team made the experience very easy. We tried a local Sacramento dealership and ended up going to Addison based on a referral - he did not disappoint. The drive was worth it. We're really happy with our vehicle.
Victory Toyota did not honor the deal advertised for Memorial Day Weekend of 90 days for first payment and never told me. I just got the statement weeks later that showed otherwise. I called them to correct this and I was told it was too late because the month of May was over. No kidding! Memorial Day is always the last week of May!
BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE : Purchased a Ford from Cypress Coast in July of 2015. Its April of 2016 and my trade in ownership has yet to be transferred. The person they sold it too is racking up tickets and the car is still registered too me.Numerous phone calls to Cypress coast and i keep getting the same excuse. "the paper work is being processed by the DMV. Seriously??? The DMV stated that shady car dealerships are Notorious for this. They kept the transfer fee and never transferred. NOW I am liable for anything the owner does in that car.
This is a shady dealership. I bought a 2010 Prius here a couple years ago and I asked for an extended "bumper to bumper" warranty to last as long as I was paying payments on the car. They willingly added a year of monthly payments to accommodate my request and I felt that I had gotten what I wanted. However, recently (2+ years later) when I sold the car and I tried to get a refund for the warranty I thought I had purchased, I was informed by Zurich (the company they use for the warranty) that actually my "bumper to bumper" warranty expired at 100,000 miles. The sales team had presented me with a different deal than I had purchased. Also, they changed the interest rate on me when I went in the next day since I had purchased the car later in the day. Without warning it went from 1+% to 3+% when I went in to sign the paperwork the next day. These guys are dishonest and unethical and should be reported to the BBB. I may go ahead and file a complaint myself.
I received a recall notice in the mail where they mentioned not to drive your vehicle until one gets the air bags repaired ASAP. So I telephoned Victory Toyota right away and the Service Department ordered the parts and I made an appointment on a week day as I was worried about the warning about not driving your vehicle. So I show up on the agreed upon date at 7:30 a.m. I was in their waiting room as this was supposed to be a 2 hour repair job. I was approached by one of their service personnel and told that the parts they needed to fix my car was back ordered. They couldn't give me a specific day when the parts would come in. I asked them if these parts were back ordered why didn't I get a call to cancel my appointment so I didn't waste my whole day! They didn't have an answer. If other Toyota dealerships are having problems getting these parts you would think that they would have instructions not to make appointments until parts arrive.
I brought my Custom built Toyota Rav in for a Oil change and checkup. Told the Advisor that the Car needs 100% full Synthetic Oil. After 2 hours the Advisor comes to me and informs me the Mechanic put the wrong Oil in my Vehicle. He assured me that it will be drained and that full Synthetic will be installed. He then told me regular Oil wouldn't hurt my Car. This Rav was custom built in Japan and my Uncle who bought it was informed to only use full Synthetic Oil. Needless to say I No longer trust this Dealership...Dec.2015
Was immediately greeted at my appointment time even though I was early. Great team response feel confident job will be done right. Having MMI upgraded from T-Mobile to AT&T under warranty.
US SERVICE MEMBERS!!!!! We were very excited to buy a new Crosstrek from Cypress Coast and the sales department was amazing. They went out of their way to get us the exact car we wanted. We bought a Subaru because of the AWD and the safety rating. 800 miles in, our passenger airbag light came on when we were driving on 152. We brought it right back to CCS and they cleared the code and said there was no problem. This worried us, but the car was fine for the next 10k miles. At 11k the light came on again. We brought it back and they told us AGAIN there was no issue. This time we didn't pick it up. We are now in a merry war with the service department. They insist that there is nothing wrong with the car EVEN THOUGH the light comes on and the airbag turns off every 10k miles! WHO WANTS TO PAY FOR A NEW CAR THAT ISN'T PERFECT???? So now we are actually having to get help from legal on base to fight for a car we are STILL PAYING FOR. The service dept. at CCS is terrible!! The manager Steve will not help us, he only repeats what Hunter, his sales guy says the computer says. Needless to say this is an on-going saga. WHO wants a new car, still under warranty, with a bunch of lights coming on that cannot be explained... we imagine they are just trying to put us off until the warranty is gone. SERVICE MEMBERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
It's not easy to find an honest car salesman, but I'm certain tha Alphonso V, at Cardinale is that man. He is very personable and friendly, and every time an obstacle came up with my new truck, he stepped up to help me figure out a solution. He's good at fixing what needs to get done, he knows who to talk to and how to work a deal so that it's beneficial, and he goes far out of his way to hook up veterans and military servicemen and women. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Overall, this was an awesome dealership, and they really bent over to try and help me get into the truck that I need. Jason and Dino worked out our deal, pulled their strings and made this whole thing possible, and I'm very glad that I got the opportunity to work with them. It was my pleasure, and I would come back here for any new car.
