No one called me AGAIN. I called five days later to check on it and they said it was ready. I picked it up on October 23, 2016 and the phone was completely dead. I had to drive 45 minutes home with no phone. When I get home I noticed that the Home Button was loose and would not click. I called back up to the store and stated that I will need to bring it back up there for this to be corrected. November 5, 2016 I dropped my phone off to have the home button fixed. The man stated, "It will be a few hours." Again, I shopped around town and came back two hours later. He then stated, "I have not gotten to it yet, you will have to pick it up another day." I asked for a loaner phone and he gave me one. I paid for the screen and labor and left. Thursday November 10, 2016 I called to check on my phone and said I would be there the 12th to pick up my phone. He said that it was sitting in front of him and that he would start working on it today. I said, "Great!" I arrived to the store Saturday the 12th at 10:00am to pick up my phone. The man stated that he didn't get to it and that he "was going" to call me. I then began to raise my voice and stated that I called him specifically on Thursday to tell him that I would be coming to the store. He argued with me and then said he would work on it now. I proceeded to wait around town for 3 hours. We get to the store and he has my phone fixed, but in a new case (not the case I was originally going to buy No, they "couldn't find" that one) Also, not to mention the phone was dead yet again. I get home and decide to take the phone case off because this was odd. I had glue leaking out both sides of the screen, my back button was dirty underneath, hair was sticking out of the screen, it was scratched badly on the back, the menu button didn't work at all, the screen would pop if you pushed on it, and the bottom half of the screen didn't work . I was VERY upset because this phone was given back to me in worse shape then what I had to begin with. I called the store and asked to speak with the General Manager. I talked to him and he assured me that it would be fixed properly and apologized for any inconvenience I had endured. I was grateful and said I would be in to drop it off after November 14th. I dropped it off to the General Manager himself and wrote down a list of everything that was wrong with the phone. I took a picture of this document and saved it. He gave me a loaner phone that ended up not working so I didn't have a phone for two weeks. Today I picked my phone up for the very last time. The back is still badly scratched, the home button STILL does not click correctly like it used to, there is still some dirt under the back button, there is a chip under the menu button on the screen, and I have a black dot on the right side of the screen that does not go away.
*LONG BUT WORTH IT*I have a Samsung s7 Edge and needed a new screen. I live 45 minutes away from the store as well.I called and asked if they were familiar with the phone and if they would be able to repair it. They quoted me $224 and yes they would in fact be able to repair it. I decided to shop around and then called back to set up a time I could bring in my cell phone to be repaired. The new quote was now $350 just for the new screen and $50 for labor. I asked why there was a change and I was told "I don't know what to tell you that's just the price." Even though this was a rude remark, I went ahead and purchased the screen over the phone and asked if they would call me to let me know when it arrived. A week later I called and asked if the screen was in because no one had contacted me. They stated that yes, it was in. I talked to an employee and asked when a good time would be to drop it off. He mentioned 10:00am on Saturday October 8, 2016. I arrived at the store at 10:00am to drop my phone off. The lady told me that they would not be able to fix it because one of the machines was broken. I stated, I talked to a man the previous day and he told me to be here. She made a phone call and then proceeded to take my phone to be fixed and stated it would take a "few" hours. I shopped around town and came back two hours later. The man said he was not finished. Therefore, I went and ate lunch and came back 1.5 hours later. He STILL was not finished. I waited for FIVE hours before he offered me a loaner phone so I could leave. I found a case and screen in the store that I was going to purchase and they mentioned holding it for when I came to pick up my phone. I said that would be great! I left and then came back the following Saturday to pick up my phone. I get to the store and another employee said, "Oh, I thought someone called you, but I guess they didn't. While fixing your phone we accidentally broke the speaker part and had to order it. It hasn't come in yet so your phone isn't finished." I understood that and said okay please call me when it is finished and I will pick it up.
Supposed to be buy one get on free on Samsung Edge 7. Got two was told that we would automatically get a visa card in 60 days. We didn't have to do a thing. Waited 60 days and nothing . Called Verizon asked where the card was so I could pay off my phones . They said I had to send it about 4 different things picture of the end of the boxessence service contrace proof of payment blah blah. All of which I kept because I have been cheated before. I sent it they could not read one of the number gave it over the phone . Said everything was good , get another email saying rebate denied too late. Really too late I sent it the day I learned of it . I will never use Verizon again and I am changing service and filing a small claims suit and a BBB complaint. The last lady I spoke to at the Verizon headquarters says I can't give you the money but I am impressed by your spunk of standing up for yourself. I had to take heart meds.If I stroke I told my husband to sue them for that.
Worst AT&T store around! Have had many issues. They did not get all of my photos put on to my new IPhone 6+ and they locked me out of my Apple ID. Then the IPhone screen was defective And they wouldn't take it back even though it was less than 30 days! DO NOT use Searcy AR AT&T store!
Did an amazing job on replacing the screen on my galaxy s5, and only took 2 hours. Just a bit pricey though
I went here to get the lcd screen replaced on my samsung galaxy s4. They told me it would take 1 week to repair. They called to tell me the screen they used was broke and it would take another week, I didnt get another call for two more weeks. When I finally got my phone back I noticed all the chrome plastic around the outside of the screen was DESTROYED. Its chipped up and scratched to crap and looks awful. I DO NOT recommend this business.
