Mercy plumbing missed the mark when choosing their name. It instead should be " No Mercy " I called them out to repair a small job at my business. It took them less than 30 minutes and the parts were less than $2.00 . The on site plumber quoted us $350 and then he agreed to do it for $300 which was still excessive. Once the job was completed he told us that he spoke to his boss and that boss told him to stick with the original $350 which we paid . One and done we will never use them again. They did show up in a timely manner but what they did was price gouging ! The plumber I usually use was in the hospital recovering from a hip replacement. They also charge a $125 fee just to show up . Stay away from these guys unless you have a money tree in your yard!

This company is the absolute worst. They took payment from me and never did the work they said they were going to do. I paid them up front because I thought they were an honest company, due to the relatively good reviews. The main guy in charge lied to me several times and even promised me a refund. The refund was never issued. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and YB Plumbing had the audacity to claim that they did the work and insinuated that I must be lying. This company is manipulative and lacks basic human decency. They stole $495 of my hard earned money and have no problem doing this to anyone else. BEWARE! Do not use these guys!

I reached out to this company today and I was disgusted with how the call was handled. I was asked to repeat information I had already given. There was alot of noise in the background. Someone yelled, "Ok! Lets go to happy hour!" I just disconnected the call.
We have had John come out for multiple issues with our older home. He has fixed broken pipes, replaced drains/faucets, and unclogged sewer lines. He has always been very friendly, for plumbing emergencies he has always arrived at our house within 30 - 60 minutes which is much more than I can say for other companies, and he always given us a more than fair price. I will recommend him to any friends or family who have plumbing needs, and I will continue to send all of my business his way as it arises.
