Call store, gentleman said rock formation in menthol ejuice is normal. It most certainly is not. What would that do to us if that was so, it is not normal. Beware! Told me to see doctor, you bet I am. 1nc, 2X's maybe, but 3X's after inhalation of their juice, days apart, no sir, your mix is damaging peoples lungs, throat and even kidneys. I bought a Reuleaux RX200 from this shop on 3/25/2016 within a week of using it I started having issues with the device not firing. When returning to the store on 3/7/2016 to report the product defective I was told that there was nothing wrong with the device since the problem didn't happen for the store employee. The store refuses to exchange it unless their store employee can mimic the same problem. I have multiple video's showing the issue with the device but they are not interested, this company DOES NOT CARE . On 3/8/2016 I made a call to the store to get further help. After speaking to a women who represented herself as a Stl Vapor employee she said she spoke with the owner about my issue and that he refused to exchange the device out with a new one. I still have my original receipt and it clearly states that defective products will be exchanged out for the exact product within 15 business days of purchase. There are better vape shops that value their customers, THIS ONE DOESN'T
The worst experience of my life!!!! I tried to withdraw $100 but the ATM machine only gave me a receipt and no money, even though it stated on the receipt that $100 had been withdrawn from my account! I tried to go into the bank and ask the staff for help but they were disinterested, unhelpful and rude! I was told I would have to take it up with my bank and given no further help! DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!
The website said (for Eueka, MO) said open until 9pm. I arrived at 8:01 pm & doors were locked. The girl inside saw me but ignored me. She just left as I'm writing this review. Very frustrated & won't be returning. I'm more than willing to drive 30 minutes if this is "customer service".
