This was my first massage and it was a fantastic experience. It was totally worth it and was very relaxing, I would do it again :)
I would give this place a zero if it was an option. The mani pedi I received was a joke, 2nd graders at a slumber party could have done better. The pedicure didn't have any cuticle trimming, callous treatment, or nail polish. I had to have the polish removed because it was so sloppy, so I asked for just a clear coat, which turned out not to be polish at all but a nail strengthener. The manicure was worse! No soaking, no lotion, and applied on my lap. Yep that's right, dry cut nails ( which hurts if you have tough nails), dry cuticle push back and cut so I still have cuticles, they are just jagged and lopsided now., it looks like my fingers went through a lawn mower. If you're used to having your nails done over a table then you should go somewhere else because they just hover over you and paint your nails in your lap here. Whatever they apply to your feet will leave a residue on your skin about an hour later.
This review applies only to Ariel, not any of the other stylists. I honestly wanted to have a positive experience here considering some of the reviews that I read. Even after being disappointed with the first hair cut (I basically was given a mullet, but was convinced to give it a try), I continued to book appointments because I know that it takes some time to get a sense of what a client wants. I even pointed out the things that I liked about his subsequent haircuts all the while explaining what didn't work, thinking that he probably wouldn't do a good job if he felt criticized. I feel like he explains what he wants to do in a way that makes you think you are going to walk out with an amazing hair style, but there were so many screw-ups and times when he obviously didn't listen to what I was asking for (which is his biggest problem, in my opinion, because a stylist should be nothing if not a good listener). I do not think he is worth the price he demands. He is mildly better than the stylists you find at the mall, but I don't think that is saying very much. I will continue my search for a great stylist elsewhere.
I have been going here for 5 months now. I have received nothing but great service. Tracy is a wonderful gal! She's very sweet & courteous. By the way, I've had a double transplant & I've NEVER got any infections from this place! Trust me, I wouldn't be in any place that I thought would cause harm to my transplant. I give them 5☆☆☆☆☆
Wasn't impressed with the service/my hair cut. The stylist didn't do a good job washing my hair, and I left with it greasy. The stylist seemed disinterested in my comfort, not offering me a magazine while I sat there for 20-30 minutes for my highlights to sink in. The cut was uneven and blocky. I asked for layers and there definitely weren't any. For what I paid, this was not worth it. However, the stylist next to me seemed like she did a really nice job on her client. Will request her next time.
Great service and prices. Make you feel better about myself and my look. I highly recommend Rock N Glam Salon
I've had quality cuts done by the females who work at the location really friendly. I'm sorry for the lack of the name but don't go to the Russian guy. He didn't listen to how I wanted my hair done and made a bunch of really rude comments. I told him I didn't want any length of the top and he trimmed more than half of it off. If I do return I will definitely avoid him at all costs. If he is having a bad day he will take his frustration out on your hair, trust me
I had an appointment today. For partial high lights, cut and deep conditioning. The stylist Amber was awesome a real nice person. My hair ended up pretty blond all over. I asked for natural looking highlights. (I am a dark brown haired middle age lady) She was willing to fix it but had another client booked to come in. So, I left very disappointed and went home to try to adjust. It was terrible, I called back to see if someone could just put some toner on and thats it. I was very complimentary and polite. The owner Angie was very, very RUDE. She basically was snippy and short and could not find someone in the place to do a 5-10 minute application of some toner. Unfortunately, I will not go back and will tell everyone of my experience all because of the owner. I am now going to have to go to another salon to have it fixed! VERY disappointed to say the least.
i went to nogginz a couple weeks ago to get a long overdue haircut. this wasn't my first time at nogginz, i love this place, every barber knows their craft, and are informative about what they can do with your hair. Chelsea was the barber who gave me a haircut and i have to say i was more than happy with the outcome, she was very easy to talk to, and she gave me the best haircut i've had to this day. Thanks Chelsea.
I went during the middle of the day on a Monday and I was helped right when I signed in. I went from my medium length hair to a long bob. With the shampoo/conditioner included, the whole haircut took about 20 minutes max. The person cutting my hair didn't talk to me much, but she did ask me whenever I wanted to change up what she was doing. She listened to everything I wanted to do and did everything very well. $23 for a pretty good haircut is not too bad. I would definitely come back!
