I have visited South Lyon Resale Shop for the last time. I was confronted by the manager, who asked that I not use my tablet to research items that were for sale in her shop. Apparently, on one of my past visits, someone complained that I was using my tablet. Are you kidding me? I make my living selling on eBay, and certainly do not want to buy items that I will not profit from, yet my rights are being challenged to satisfy some whining twit. I let the manager know that I would indeed continue to use my tablet, and that I found it hard to believe that she would have the nerve to propose such an idea. She muttered something about me, and waddled off. And by the way, the item that I was researching when accosted, was priced at $25.00, yet sells on eBay for $15.00 - $20.00. South Lyon Resale Shop, after I have spent hundreds of dollars in your shop, to be treated like this, stick it up your arse!
Prices are almost what you would pay new. My son left his gloves (his cool skeleton gloves!), called to confirm that they were there. They were, told lady that we would return for them, expressed how important they were to my kid. She assured me they would be there waiting for him. Well they were not there, must have sold them. Made no effort to compensate the boy, really didn't act as if they cared about the fact that they ripped off a little kid or about the broken heart he walked away with. Don't go there. Who knows if you'll be buying someone's lost treasure.
