This place is awful. My daughter who is going to High Point was there yesterday for abdominal pain and shivering (chills). She was also taking Advil for a foot sprain (which would mask higher fever). She was treated poorly and walked out of there feeling like they thought she was exaggerating about things. She felt helpless and knew something was wrong. They refused to listen. Today she is in the ER with a kidney infection and this place said she had an upper respiratory infection and sent her home!

Dr. Greene is an extremely thorough and caring doctor. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and I am convinced that she has my health and well being in mind. I highly recommend her to all my girlfriends.
I had a similarly negative experience at my last appointment. I was never directly informed that my supplement insurance was dropped--I asked why they were not accepting the insurance policy that had been previously accepted and they then admitted that it was no longer accepted since my last appointment. When I questioned this, the response was that I "could find a new pain clinic", which is what I am intending to do!

I wouldn't let them treat my dog. Very unprofessional and indifferent to the suffering of others! Definitely going to find another lung doc!
If you truly need an office that is going to care about you please make sure you DO NOT go to Bethany! While some of the doctors there do care you have people in billing like Anne who could care less!! I have had pneumonia for over a week, I called Saturday was told I needed to pay $27 to be seeing plus my part of my co pay. I got there and the man at the desk said "No you have a balance of $631.00" So even though I told them I thought I had pneumonia I was turned away. I went to Moses Cone Urgent Care in Kernersville, chest xrays completed and yes I have pneumonia in my right lung,the same lung that was re constructed in 2000. I called on Monday was able to be seen by my normal doctor for the $27.00 plus co pay. He did a bunch of blood work and stated if you do not feel better come back, I am still not good, all I want to do is sleep. I called back was sent to Anne in billing again told her what was going on and she said "It is gospel, you have to pay $200.00" Now I have went to the same doctor for over 20 years and all of the sudden it is Gospel? Yes I owe that, I have high deductible insurance but you would think that when they look back at a patient who has been there for over 20 years and she only owes $600.00 well lets go ahead and treat her before she is back in the hospital having another chest thoracotomy! Do not bother with Bethany and this is coming from a 20 plus year patient!
Janice is wonderful as is the entire staff. The lidocaine injections I receive in my neck and shoulders work great and I'm pain free until my next visit. Janice is gentle and the injections are virtually painless. She has a great disposition and truly cares about the reasons for your pain and helping ease your pain as much as possible. I am so grateful I found Pain Solutions of HP.
I have been a patient at Pain Solutions of High Point for 2 years, and I am very satisfied with the level of treatment I have received. They are kind and caring, respectful and professional. It has made a big difference in my ability to manage my chronic pain and be able to accomplish all the tasks I need to in my day-to -day life. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has a need for pain management.
Don't go here! Their staff is incapable of writing a prescription correctly. They have cost me a lot of $! over the years. They don't know how to do simple math. An example is most recent where they "upped" an Rx from 3 to 4 daily. They didn't up the amount from 270 for a 90 day supply to 360. But still said 4 times a day on Rx 4 times 90 DOES NOT EQUAL 270! This cost me $17.50! Also they sent Prozac instead of Geodon. Costing me $20 for the wrong medication. Thats $37.50 in one week! My advice? Run away ASAP from BMC!
