We have stayed here many times and the rooms are very clean and nice. They have refrigerators and microwaves. It's very close to the freeway and easy one and off. There's a couple close restaurants and McDonald's. The owners are always friendly and very nice. It's very family oriented and most of all SAFE. It's quiet and the housekeepers do a good job. They monitor the grounds and keep away all undesirables who like to party, make noise, and disrupt everyone! If you enjoy nature, there's Discovery Park just across the street where you can enjoy the nearby rivers, or walk to Old Town Sacramento and shop! Its really hard to find a motel that's very reasonably priced and has all those perks listed above, but this one is! We recommend it!

Stayed one night at this hotel with my son. We were attending the Car Show at Cal Expo nearby. We needed an ADA room, and got one that was absolutely perfect! There was no shower chair, but when I called the front desk, they brought us one right away! The staff was very helpful and friendly - The room was great - and the free breakfast was delicious! Only one drawback, and I know it's something that the hotel can't control - numerous times during the night a train came by, tooting it's horn what seemed like excessively. A good night's sleep (in a very comfortable bed) would have made it a perfect experience - next time, we'll bring ear plugs!
Had to come to Sacramento for a family emergency. I had pre booked a room at the extended stay but when I got there they had somehow screwed up the reservation and I had no hotel for 6 people after a 6 hour drive . I hAd stayed at the governors inn previously and it was ok but nothing special so I thought of them as they were right down the street. The night clerk answered the phone at 1 am and was very nice and even have us a great rate since it was already in the am. The place is really nice after the renovation. The service was nice and it was super quite. Thanks.
This Fairfield is quiet especially given the fact that they are in close proximity to the freeway. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly. Our only concern was seeing a homeless man in the brush which was in the far corner of the parking lot. It looked like he was attending to a cat and looked suspicious.
Clean and well maintained within walking distance of the Sacramento Convention Center, major agency HQ's, and many fine restaurants. The exterior and surroundings are nothing special. The room is pretty bare bones, but is clean, safe, and relatively quiet. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. A very good bargain.
Needed somewhere to stay overnight near downtown and I'm so glad I picked here! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was average, nothing fancy but clean and it was only a 15-20 minute walk to downtown and less than a $10 taxi fare back. Will definitely stay here next time I come to visit!
We stayed here for a month and certainly found out the ins-and-outs of the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly and they did an alright job with the upkeep. We were not fans of the area as some places were less than desirable but the upside was that it was close to where I had to be for work.
We grabbed a bunch of rooms here after driving in from Reno for a monthly dance night in Sacramento because they were cheap and in a great location for walking around Midtown. One of our companions brought a "CSI Light" and gave the rooms a once-over. No bodily fluids were found.
Was a nice hotel the first night we got here great people but day two we had a worker look in thro our window and yell we were the only ones close enough to make that sound after that don't like being here. Rooms r small but get the job done. Very clean and smells nice.
this Hotel was beautiful and the people were so nice to me. They were able to meet all of my needs. What i like best about this place was they were willing to accept payment that was from human assistance without discrimination. They made me feel very comfortable.
