Joplin, MO Quality Inn

This is the perfect hotel if you're just passing through the Joplin area. The hotel is adjacent to the highway and the rooms were reasonably priced. Additionally, there were free drinks and hors-d'oeuvres/light dinner available in the evening, as well as free breakfast in the morning. If you didn't want the hotel food, there are plenty of restaurants in the area as well, including Olive Garden, Steak N' Shake, Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Eagle Drive-In, Denny's, and Cracker Barrel, just to name a few. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the indoor pool or hot tub, or get your blood pumping in the exercise room. Plus, they have free Wi-Fi, just in case you need to work in your room or connect with friends on social media.

Don't try to stay here if you're a local! They don't care why you're staying, they want a $250 cash deposit if you live too close the hotel. And you only get it after they check your room the next morning. Doesn't matter to them that you already paid your reservation online or the fact that you can't stay in your house for whatever reason. If I had had $250 I wouldn't have been trying to stay there anyway.

We really enjoyed our stay, rooms were very clean and I felt very accommodated.

Great breakfast, staff was very helpful. Dustin was very professional and always was when we have stayed here. There was a large crowd in the lobby and he handled each person with professionalism and courtesy.

After a hard day all a traveler wants is a sympathetic and cordial reception. Ralee I believe was her name and yes she had a room and yes they would honor the coupon ( unlike the Comfort Inn the night before in Lenexa, Kansas). It does not cost anything to be nice and this was a place that valued nice. I was impressed and I had not even gotten to the room. The room was clean and well equipped. The largest flat screen I have ever seen in a motel room. Everything worked and the bed an pillows were first rate. If I had to nit-pick I would suggest that they hire a better drywall finisher next time as the drywall was not first rate. The breakfast had wide variety to please most tastes.

I've stayed there twice now and the rooms are clean and very nice!!! Will definitely stay again!! The hot breakfast was great also.
