I ordered a TV on Nov 18th, it shipped on the 20th and arrived in San Antonio on the 21st. Then apparently it sat for a week before Action Freight went to pick it up on Nov 28th. I called several times in that time period because it showed that it was here in SA. They told me due to thanksgiving and black Friday they were running behind. Ok, fine. When I was finally contacted about scheduling delivery, I scheduled it for December 1st between 1 and 5pm because someone has to be home for delivery. Driver never showed, no phone call or anything. I called customer service and they told me several times that he was running behind and wasn't answering his phone. So I had to reschedule, this time for December 8th between 1 and 5 pm. 4pm rolled around and I called customer service to see if he was coming. They said the same thing word for word as they did on the first "he's running behind and not answering his phone." Rinse and repeat for 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm. Finally around 7:15 the driver calls and says he can be at my house in about 40 minutes since he's stuck in traffic, more than 2 hours after the 4 hour window. By that point my husband and I were already late for some evening plans and couldn't wait any longer to leave. This is by far the worst shipping company I have ever had the misfortune of coming in contact with. They are slow to do anything, the customer service agents lie and make excuses, and their delivery windows are a joke. You will waste your time waiting for them to show up.I went back to the store and was able to cancel my order. If I ever order something and find out Action Freight is charged with delivering it, I will cancel that order rather than deal with this company again.

12. LK Jordan
I was laidoff in May and have been searching for a job for months. I've been to a number of other staffing companies in town but none of them compare to LK Jordan. I met with a recruiter named Katy and she was not only a true professional but showed to be a caring human being as well. She did…
I went to Adecco in New Braunfels to find a welding position. At the time they did not have a position for me, but they still got me registered. While I was in the office I heard them talking about a clerical position that I thought my mother would be great for. So I told my recruiter about m…

I have never seen such lack of compassion in a medical office. They lie, and do whatever they can to lessen time in any facility. My 80 year old mother had a mastectomy and they tried to release her to go home within 24 hours of the surgery. That should be criminal. We told them that my 80 …

I started working for Star 6 months ago. I was welcomed and made to feel like family not just another employee. Maria is the real Star with this company, she is an absolute pleasure to work with !
My experience with Maria at Star Personel in San Antonio, Texas was really above and beyond what I expected. From the very start I was really pleased that they were a local company that was readily available to speak one on one in a comfortable setting. They took the time to get to know me personally and provided me with multiple opportunities to further my career in the Apartment Industry. I cannot thank them enough and will send my friends and family to them from now on!
I've worked around several of their employees and they are essay thugs.Seems like that's what they want to send out to professional buisnesses. But, this is sAn antOniO - a suburbia of mehico...
This company is a joke! They don't represent the core values that they have on their walls. Customer service, nope! It's all about making money and not the clients or employees. The owner only cares about himself along with his 70 something assistant. Labor laws, they break them all. Both rude and disrespectful to everyone, and the recruiters have no clue but to send people to jobs then deduct money from checks.
