Orlando, FL Pine Castle Memorial Funeral

My father recently passed and when asked at the hospital which funeral home we were going to use we remembered right away, “A Community Funeral Home”. It was the one we called when my Grandmother passed. We recalled how easy Scott and the staff made it for us and how professional and helpful they were. This time we were helped by Eddie the wonderful staff. My family and I can’t thank them enough for the excellent service they provided during this difficult time. Everyone we dealt with was compassionate, pleasant, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make us comfortable. All of the details were handled quickly and smoothly. Every possible service we needed for this moment was offered to us with ease and we knew that my Dad was in good hands. An online obituary was created at our first meeting, which was helpful for all our family and friends who wanted to send us a message, get directions, find viewing and service times, and/or order flowers. It was all contained in one place for them to easily access.They took good care of my Dad and we were able to honor each of his wishes quickly because they had everything right there. The building has expanded since last time to include a beautiful chapel with flat screens, in which they take the time to scan and display pictures of your loved one. They had caskets on site to pick from, offered a pastor if you need one, someone to help with programs if desired, a kids room, a kitchen for food/snacks with coffee, a burial spot at the cemetery that we wanted and assisted with those arrangements, flowers if needed, and even provide headstone services for the grave. They took care of the death certificates and everything was reasonable priced.My family has recommended them before and we will continue to recommend their services to anyone and everyone who needs them. They give a warm and comforting atmosphere when you need it the most and you don’t feel like it’s just business to them. I was very pleased with everything.

My brother recently passed away and I had the duty of finding a funeral home as my mother was in no mental or physical state to do so. I called the place we used for my father's passing in 2004, and a few other East Orlando locations. One location made me feel like I was buying a car in the way they priced things out and gave a "discount." Goodlife overall made my mother feel confident in choosing them. The ladies were very kind and informative when it came to price, and had different levels of service we could choose from. My mother was very pleased with how much time they provided for family time and service and their flexibility. They had the option for us to bring in our own music, photos that they uploaded and did a slideshow with, and an area to bring food or drinks if we decided. Overall, the facility is renovated and very clean. I give the women at Goodlife 5 stars for their help in this unfortunate time in our lives. Thank you!

This was the most professional and caring funeral services that I ever witness. The staff were all professional and courteous and seem to be genuinely concerned and caring. If needed I will use them again and will definitely recommend their services to others in the Orlando area.
