The pharmacy customer service is terrible. There is always a long line at the drive-thru pharmacy as well as inside the store at pharmacy check out. The pharmacy has screwed up several of my prescriptions as well as my children's. One time, it was a crucial medicine that I needed at night. I submitted for a refill. A girl called to tell me that it wasn't covered by my insurance, which I already knew, and asked her to fill it anyways. My husband went to pick it up, and they said there wasn't any record of it! As a result, I had to go one evening without a very important med. And this isn't the first time they have screwed it up. There have been other times where I was called saying a medicine was ready for pick-up, but when I went to the drive-thru (after waiting 30 minutes in line), the guy at the window said it wasn't ready and asked me to pull around and get in line again. I then went in the store and waited another 15 minutes in line to be told it still wasn't ready. They definitely need more staff. My family has now switched to another pharmacy!
