I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Laredo from Classic Honda. After having the car fro two weeks, I noticed the floor was wet and mold on the rugs. The mold was old and there had been previous leak issues with this vehicle. I took the car back and asked for a full refund. The manager was very rude and said he need to go and speak with the company lawyers. I agreed that they could service the vehicle and I would give them a chance to fix this problem. They ended up taking the car across the street to the Jeep dealer . They said that the car had an air conditioner leak that they fixed and replaced the carpets. I picked up the vehicle two weeks later and it seemed that the water issue was fixed. A week later and a lot of rain that week and the car was flooded again. Honda classic just wanted to wipe their hands after I paid cash for this car. They were not helpful at all. I ended up taking the vehicle to Sanford Dodge jeep dealer and thank god they came through and fixed my car. I will never buy a car from this dealer again. The manager was horrible to deal with and very disrespectful. Please make sure that you fully inspect any used vehicle that you purchase from them. You do have 5 days to return the vehicle, but god forbid the vehicle has issues after that. Good Luck !!!

Based on my experience of purchasing a car from David Maus VW South I want to warn you about some of their business practices. You will be charmed by the sales staff in your initial encounters, during the test-drive, and the negotiating of the price of the car and the trade (if you have any). Then...you will be introduced to a member of the financial staff who will turn the experience upside down. The first thing they will inform you is that you are being recorded by a camera in the ceiling, then they are going to make you sign a few forms giving up any legal rights you have after this purchase process is completed. My advice is to go through every number in the forms you will sign in your contract including the interest rate (if you are buying) or the money factor (if you are leasing). In addition, look over all the additional fees and charges in the contract before you sign. So take your time, and pay attention to what you are being charged for before you sign, because don't forget at this step in the process you have already given up your rights. Furthermore, they will attempt to sell you a maintenance and service contract and they want a decision in that moment. Their main goal is to make you leave their showroom with a new car, rush rush rush, make sure you take back your driver's license or the keys to your trading vehicle before you go into the finance office. Make sure these are in your possession at all times. Good Luck.

I had service done recently ..let me tell you it was a nightmare 2 hr service turned into 7 but thats not why im pissed heres why. After the hours spent get in car drive down road car now pulling one way screw was left off skidplate air valve cover on 2 tires now gone so now have to pay someone else to get now more work major and minor

We have brought our boat to Dealer's Choice twice and both times we have received bad service. It seems Rich and Justin Miller do not care about returning your boat back to you when they said they would, completing work requested, giving quoted before work begins, or even giving your boat back to you in the condition you have received it. The second time we dropped off our boat, they did not even clean it after working on it. The boat was covered in muddy foot prints. To make matters worse, they banged something into or banged the boat into something because there were obvious scratches all down the starboard side. No one was available to discuss what work had been done or rather had not been done. When we demanded the boat be repaired, the owner only wanted to help if we would remove negative posts. I am blown away at how horrible Dealer's Choice handles their mistakes. Do not go there!

I have rarely seen such dysfunction and lack of willingness to take any responsibility, outside of politics, as I have at this place! The purchasing process was not completely miserable, but everything past that has been painful, time consuming and annoying. It seems as though this business has no concept of time, the difference offices to not communicate with each other and they show very little respect for their customers. Each time I drop our 226 off to them, they keep it much longer then they originally tell me and when I picked it up today, after being in for warranty work, it's was completely filthy and had multiple scratches/scuffs all down the starboard side. Then the owner tried to bribe me, to remove my review of his business. I absolutely refuse to take our boat back to them, for anything!

Gary Bowen was wonderful to work with at Classic Honda. He quickly responded to my email request for information and scheduled a convenient time to meet. The vehicle I was interested in online was no longer available, but Gary showed me an alternative with the same options and a better price. The process was easy and fast. Thanks also to Clem for a great deal on my trade and Michael in Finance. Great experience!
