This is by far the best urgent care in the city. The staff is fast, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and -- best of all -- kind to and patient with my five-year-old son. They also accept Medicaid! I can't recommend Urgent Care Eleven highly enough.

This person is a nut job. He is very unreliable. His work is sub-standard and his word cannot be trusted. If you can avoid doing business with him then that is to your betterment. He was supposed to do a renovation for my house but he never finished. He put off the work after taking a deposit and didn't return ANY of my calls. I found out he was doing work elsewhere that was more profitable to him and decided to dodge my calls. I spoke to an electrician who worked for him on occasion who told me that he was not going to take jobs from him anymore b/c it was bad for his reputation as an electrician. He said I was one of numerous customers he observed who were given the run around, got no work done, crappy work done, lies and no call- no show. I wish I knew this before. I had to hire another contractor to complete the 80% work he left unfinished and the 20% he performed shoddily.
The employees of In and Out Urgent Care are so kind and friendly. The facility is nice and clean with good entertainment such as magazines and tv. The nurses and nurse practitioners were helpful and caring.
So pleased with this facility. Very professional staff, clean environment. They got my daughter in quickly and followed up with her to check on her.

After over 20 years in this business we are assured by our repeat clients of the outstanding customer service and are saddened to see a review of this kind.We would like to help clarify any miscommunication in the hopes of bringing about more knowledge on some topics you touched upon here. We signed a contract with you in August 2013 for a wedding of May 2014. We would like to highlight some of the comments referenced in regards to your reservation in the hopes of clarifying some miscommunication. -We are happy to introduce an addition of the outdoor Patio Space, an extended rental facility here at the Venusian Gardens. The development of the Patio Space was finalized in 2014. At the time you signed your contract in 2013, we had yet to design or establish the patio. We had informed all of our clients of our ideas and informed them that we were in the process of designing it. However, by alerting you on our developments, we never confirmed you a rental of the patio as this new property is a separate rental and require separate rates. Please view your rental contract for clarification. Please note that we did provide every single thing indicated on our contract. Any services or rentals additional to the existing contract would constitute for an addendum to the rental contract and addendum to the contract value. Equally please note that at the time you had called to inquire about the patio, we had informed you of the additional rates for the patio and after acknowledging your discontent with the rates, we had provided you with a 55% discount in order to accommodate you as our clients.-Like similar event venues, we have always maintained a standard rate for hosting a wedding rehearsal at our venue. A wedding rehearsal consists on wedding set up, staff at the venue and reservation of 1-2 hours of venue time. Please try and understand that as a venue, we render a service and there are costs associated with obtaining a service. -Please note that our Event Manager never called your event planner a week prior to your wedding to tell her that the patio would be free only to later on demand $500 on the day of your event. Consequently, in said regards please note that our Event Manager never demanded nor collected a payment of $500 from your event planner. Your wedding planner did make a payment of $250, half of your quoted amount payment for the rental of the patio (but still at the 55% discounted rate we offered to you). There are receipts to verify said payment. We advise you to further discuss this with your wedding planner as there might have been some miscommunication between you both.-Please note that all tables and chairs for your wedding ceremony agreed upon in your final floor plan were indeed provided. There is a rental receipt from our delivery company to verify such.-I apologize that you experienced difficulty while attempting to coordinate a meeting with the Event Manager after making a payment. We are always easily accessible and even provide clients with an office line and an after hours line. We can be reached via email and the office line during normal business hours Monday-Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm. We believe your discontent is due to a lot of miscommunication. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING! IT IS OUR BIGGEST REGRET. 6 weeks before our wedding day we called to confirm different elements concerning our big day. We were told that we would have to pay $500 to use the backyard if they furnished it or $250 to use the backyard if we furnished it. This happened AFTER the contract was signed and paid in full. At the time of signing the contract we were told the backyard was included. They emailed our wedding planner, a contract for the backyard. The contract we sign and paid almost $3600 for DOES NOT EXCLUDE the backyard. 3 weeks before our wedding they began to dodge us. We inquired about seeing the linens to make sure they were the right color. IFY told me she would email me a color swatch. I was told that they were too busy to meet with me. Did I mention, they want to charge us $250 for a wedding rehearsal? They get your money and then screw all over you. Today is April22, our wedding is on May 17th and neither of us are looking forward to the biggest day of our lives because of this. email@example.com

I love the doctors there but am appalled at how poorly the clinic is managed and run. I can tell you if your insurance will cover you going someplace else then do yourself a favor. It has only gotten worse.I as a returning patient (I had been there once before several years ago) made an appointment for 2:30 PM a week earlier. I got there at 2:10 PM in case I had to update paperwork. I signed in and waited without a word from the staff Until 3:00 PM when I was called to the desk and asked to "Update my paperwork."At 3:02 I returned the completed paperwork to them. At 3:10 PM I asked them if I had come on the wrong day. They assured me I had not and I would be seen "very soon"At 3:27 PM I was finally called in to see the doctor.This Is not rocket science. They knew for a week in advance I was coming in for a 2:30 appointment. Why could they not have checked my file and had the paperwork ready for me to sign the day before so I could sign it and get in line to see the Doctor?Nobody gets to see the doc until the paperwork is done.What a screwed up place. I hope I NEVER have to go back.
