At our wedding, my husband and I booked a limousine . Reviewing a huge number of proposals on site limoscanner we chose « Top Limousine Service» http://limoscanner.com/partner/182-top-limousine-service-inc/ . The car was very comfortable and roomy. When you have a long dress, a car is very convenient, it is not possible to crumple dress, because inside is spacious and you can take as convenient. Our friends were traveling with us and entertained the whole way. It was only one trouble - in a traffic jam we stood for a long time, because we couldn`t overtake cars , it was difficult, so consider this. We were satisfied, because we rode with comfort and the photos in the limousine was great!

Canceled our bus for our bachelorette party the evening before at 6pm as well as canceled for our wedding 3 weeks later. Paul talked to moh an hour before he canceled and said he would get back with her about confirmations, then emailed me that they canceled. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! do not waste your time!!!

We used A-list for wedding on January 10th and by far had the nicest fleet around the area. Others did not compare. Reasonable rates and gave us discount on the bachelorette party with doing a wedding with them I highly recommend A-list limos .

I booked a limo with company for my wedding and they made sure that I had the best time they made sure my husband and I enjoyed our wedding night and they are very nice if I ever need another limo this is the only place I will deal with

My 1st time on a party bus with this company was for my friends birthday and it was really nice and the man that was driving the bus was really nice. So when my birthday came up i had to get one and they made sure i had the best time i really love this company and the owner is really hot

OMG i had the H2 hummer limo and i swear it was the best i had all the fine girls in there and we had a good time trust me this place is the best i would never give anyone else my business but them everyone give them a call

I booked three busses with them and all three showed up on time and we went into three diff directions and each of the drivers knew right where to go and all arrived all at the same time I had 57 people made the three hour run perfect timing on there part, that was last month ,I rented a 17 person bus last night for downtown and he was there again on time and the driver new his way in and out of all the traffic and construction , the bus was clean and refreshed with ice when we came out of m, m and got home with 8 min to spare ,I will call them allways from now on

I am beyond livid with this company. We booked them for my friend's bachelorette party this past Saturday. Our driver Sam, is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. When he first picked us up, he seemed alright. He was taking us to Detroit. It was the weekend of the dream cruise and a One Direction Concert at Ford Field, so there was a lot of traffic. First, he tried to convince us to walk blocks to the bar because traffic was bad and he had to go the bathroom. Then, when we needed him to get us, he was far away and was late because of the traffic. I understand that you can't help traffic, but when we didn't want to start walking towards him (in the middle of Detroit btw) because it was pouring really hard out, he told us good luck on him getting to us. After he finally did, we still had 2 1/2 hours booked so we wanted to go to Royal Oak. He told us that would be a waste of time because of the dream cruise. We said we would like to try anyways because we had paid for those hours, and it turns out it only took 30 minutes to get there instead of the 2 hours he claimed it would. He was so rude every time we tried to call him to come get us that the night became about him and his disrespectfulness instead of the bride to be. The worst of it all is that I just got off the phone with him. I wanted to talk to him about it and tell him that I felt we were treated badly and he basically cut off everything I had to say and told me that maybe we should not have drank as much as we did. I'm sorry, but we were not sloppy - in fact we brought water bottles and bags just in case someone got sick (which no one did). We booked him because we wanted to drink, that is what you do. And I didn't even have a chance to say any of that because he was so rude and mean on the phone. NEVER BOOK THIS COMPANY - it doesn't matter if you are a paying customer, he will not apologize for his actions. He didn't even apologize for the fact that we felt this way - even if he didn't agree with it, he should have said that he was sorry we felt disrespected. This was A WASTE OF MONEY AND THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

WORDS CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW LIVID I AM WITH THIS COMPANY. Not to mention, they are also called Randazzo Limo, to mask out their horrible service (as mentioned below). The owner Sam is so ignorant and rude. He yelled at us numerous times, refused to take us anywhere, left us OUT in the pouring rain when he told us he was outside the bar. Twenty minutes later he shows up. He made us WALK because he had to use the bathroom. Like go use the bathroom before you pick us up? Slammed his hands numerous times on the steering wheel because he WAS SO IMPATIENT because of traffic and took it out on us. Oh, and by the way he is the owner of the company. So good luck to anyone who rents from them and has him as a driver because you will be screwed and possibly have the worst night ever AND he will make it seem as if it's all your fault. Im pretty sure his junky broken down limos is a reason to why Sam's company is going downhill. PLEASE NO ONE RENT FROM THEM!!!! I never complain, but oh my this was definitely worth my time.
