brand new restaurant will be destroyed by a few people that do not have customer skills with no respect cussing to a employee or cussing about a customer they should not be allowed that close to the front for customers to hear both times your manager with short hair cut heard this last night 03/10 customer order was not right he was complaining about wrong sauces 3 lg orders of fries not in bag I was watching her to see how she handle it she was awful she rolled her eyes worst of all she slung that customer fries to him then she walked off mumbling and cussing I ask security for a manager to let her know how this worker acted. right where the fries being cooked paper and plastic were laying in floor do not allow u business to be ruined by some people that don"t care my name is joyce 901 212 9111
The food was typical Wendy's, nothing spectacular but what we expected. We did have a problem with the night manager. I have a service dog and as we were at the counter ordering he told me I would have to leave with my dog because pets were not allowed. I explained she had her vest on and clipped to her vest was her license. He said none of that mattered no dogs allowed that was their corporate policy. I got all of her official paperwork from my purse and showed it to him, his staff was trying to tell him that she could be in the restaurant but he did not want to listen. After reading all of my paperwork he finally let us stay. Had we not paid for our food I would have walked out.
How can the service and food be 5 star one night and the next night service rate 1 star and food 5. Employees are more concerned about what friends are doing in the next parking lot than their job. I know mistakes are made but when a drive thru worker is waving at her friends while she's hanging out the window you'd think a manager would notice.

Food is good, but on the weekend they lie and say that rhe restrooms are out of order.....I guess they cleaned it and don't want anyone to mess it up. This is the 3rd weekend in a row.......I will not eat at a place where I can't use the restroom anymore. + they sometimes close down half of the seating area

This Wendy's restaurant is the BEST Wendy's in Memphis and surrounding areas. I always get a great tasting burger, fresh and hot and juicy just like Dave wanted them to be. This is also the location where I ate my very first Wendy single ages ago. Keep up the good work!!
This is an awesome Chick-fil-A. Always busy, but they have friendly staff outside moving the drive thru line super fast. They are all about customer service and the food is always great. They also have a play area that is awesome for the times you want to dine in.

This place is great ! Great atmosphere, the food is amazing and service is excellent !!! I love the fact that you go through a buffet of items to build youir own stirfry bowl and can watch the grill masters cook your food.
