Complete SCAM!!!! They bilk you out of your money for leads that aren't viable, and then they disappear. Don't deal with Jennifer Reyes or Mike Cook. Scam artists.
Absolutely Awful!! One of the worst experiences of my life, and they almost ruined the engine in my car. I went there for a basic oil change and I let them know that as soon as they were done, I was getting on the thruway for a 500 mile trip. I asked them to double check everything please. They were too busy trying to sell me multiple services that I didn't need, rather than doing their job properly. When they were through, I got on the road and headed out of town. About 60 miles into my trip the oil light went on! Luckily I was near a rest stop and pulled over. I checked the oil and it was completely dry, there was NO oil in the car!! Now, I'm stuck in a blizzard, in the middle of nowhere, by myself, and my roadside assistance cant make it for 5 hours because of the storm. I'm livid! After finally getting towed to a nearby mechanic, he noticed right away that they forgot to put the rubber seal (o ring) back into place when securing the oil filter. Because of this, all of the oil leaked out all over the engine. The rubber seal was still sitting next to it after all that time. I had to stay in a hotel and couldn't get back on the road until the next day because they wanted to make sure there was no damage to the engine. Luckily there wasn't. Quick oil did pay for the damage but not without threatening legal action and arguing with the mechanic who was fixing their mistake.I would never take my car there again, that was my first and last visit. They are overpriced, they rush their work, they don't care about the customer, they try to push services on you that aren't needed to get more money out of you. There are places in Chicago that are half the price and they take their time. Such a little mistake but with a lot of consequences, and that is changing oil 101, its all they do there. I'm lucky the damage was minor, but because of their carelessness, I was put into a terrible situation! STAY AWAY!
I haven't even had the opportunity to go to the interview and I had to call and cancel. I was simply asking for a description of the job duties before I traveled 1.5 hours on public transportation to get there and find out its the same selling a companies products out of different department stores sales position. That is not what I was looking for, however, I found this out after I called back the THIRD time because the so called manager had no time for my questions (his words) and spewed the same rehearsed line when I asked the question, all this before he hung up on a prospective employee. Never again!!!
Worst Cheater Travel Agency On Line, We had our family Booked for Christmas Trip To Sandiego ,We Paid $2600.00 for our Family of Fiveway back in Jul 2014. To Our Surprise When we went to Airport United Said We bought tickets From ORBITZ & they have cancelled our Tickets & We must Pay for New Tickets Then & There at the Counter.We were Appalled & Shocked my Wife showed our Credit Card Charge from Cheaptickets/Orbitz to Airlines Staff with email of Ticket Numbers etc She totally Declined to Let us Board . Eventually we not only have to Buy New Tickets But She CHARGED US $655 PER PERSON.Once we called ORBITZ for the previous charge they stated we did not Verified with them Out Tickets They cancelled.Then we asked For our Refund she said it will be done in 2 weeks Now this is more than two Months They have kept our $2600.00 without any Communications at all , we have called CHICAGO office & they Dont know if it will br refunded .Just STAYAWAY from these SCAM ONLINE AGENCIES .We would rather Pay more if there is Live Person on the other side ,Instead of these Email & Texts No ONE Picks-up the phone Very Fraugelent Practice , we have Filed Report with State Attorneys Office as well..... WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH ,WE HAD BOOKED OUR FAMILY VACATION FOR NOV 2013 FROM CHICAGO-TO ORLANDO , WE WERE FIve family with Kids AT AIRPORT AIRLINES COULDNOT FIND OUR TICKETS .WE CALLED CHEAPTICKETS WHICH IS ALSO ORBITZ COMPANY (OFCOURSE NOT IN US).THEY SAID WE MISSED OUR FLIGHT & WE CANNOT BOOK NEW ONE & THEY KEPT OUR $3400.00 DOLLARS .... KEEP ASKING THAT WE HAVE TO MAKE A NEW RESERVATION & PAY NEW PRICE ... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ... OUR CONCERN IS WHY THEY DONOT PICKUP THE PHONE , CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST , WE LEARNED A HARD LESSON MAKE SURE YOU BOOK WITH A COMPANY WHERE YOU CAN CALL & BOOK WITH A LIVE PERSON & NEVER FILL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON LINE , THATS WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR FAMILY & THEY MADE A MISTAKE ON SCHEDULES & WE MISSED OUR FLIGHTS LOST OUR FUNDS AS WELL Patricia & Steven Family
