LePa is without a doubt the best spa in Austin! When you first walk in, you automatically feel relaxed and welcomed. The facility in clean, modern, and quiet. All of the estheticians are professional, informative, and nice. I have gone to Manja for facials, electrolysis and eyebrow microblading for many years. I would never trust my skin to anyone else besides Manja and her team. She is an expert in her field and an absolute gem. (1) Facials- She can identify and treat all different skin types and conditions to make your skin happy and healthy. There is always a noticeable difference in my skin from when I walk in to when I leave. Manja is gentle, communicative, and detail oriented. Without a doubt, she consistently gives facials above the rest. (2) Electrolysis - With other electrolysis places, I consistently got acne after the treatments due to the poor technique. I have yet to have a single pimple with Manja. She gets every single unwanted hair quickly and pain free. (3) Eyebrow Micro blading - I cannot express how happy I am with this service. I have gotten compliments from everyone I have been around (men and women) for the past couple of weeks. The procedure was pain-free and quick. Manja was informative, adaptable, and thoughtful. Not only did she match the color, but she shaped them perfectly. Overall, Manja is a perfectionist which shows in her work. She always gives 110% and delivers beyond expectations. All of the estheticians will treat you like family. They devote themselves to make sure you walk away looking your best. I cannot express how highly I think of Manja and LePa.
I went here for the first time for a facial with Elizabeth. She was very knowledgable about skin, and catered the facial to my skin type. She used Eminence organic products (which I loved). It was very relaxing, and she inspired me to take better care of my skin.
This salon is awesome. Very friendly and personal, always clean and they have great deals. Month to month for $25 per month and I can use any bed. The salon across the way kept ratcheting up the price every time they showed me a different bed, very confusing.\r \r Highly recommended!!!!
I've been seeing Michelle for nearly 3 years, and the experience has been amazing! The hair growth on my face has decreased dramatically, as well as the length and frequency of my appointments. The results are well worth it, but please be patient with the process. I've been seeing an endocrinolo…

Went in on Saturday evening for a back and head massage. The 2 women appeared as if the place was one that offered illegal services. They had skimpy shorts on, tight shirts and unkempt hair. They charged my card and proceeded to tell me in broken English that I will not get my full 30 minutes despite charging my card the full amount. I asked for a refund and cancellation of services. They said they cancelled it. When I checked my account they had charged me. I went back and those workers as well as the owner on the phone who did not speak proper English refused to refund my money. They had a kid translating for me!!! In the end I was told to call my bank which I did. Service was shady with sunflower spa on Parmer and McNeil drive. money was taken out for them. Bank was unable to stop payment .
Today was my first (but certainly not last) visit to this wonderful salon! Had a gel mani and regular pedi. The service is first rate -- quick and professional. The color selection is extensive!! The people working there are very personable. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Go give it a try!!
Got a pedicure from here and it was great! My friend got a gel pedi and mani and it last 2 weeks. This place is clean and the staff is welcoming and kind. This will be my spot from now on.
I just got a mani pedi with Tracy and it was by far my best nail experience! I love the cute decor and it was extremely clean. She was very thorough and accommodating and did not rush at all! I was so pleased and will definitely be back again.
As far as Nail Salons go, this is one of the newest, cleanest I've been to. And such a friendly staff!!! Great job in the Mani/Pedi too!
It truly makes me sad to post this review. I am currently transitioning from relaxed to natural hair. Everyone had been talking about these Dominican Blowouts to help with transitioning, so I decided to give it a try. As far as I know, this salon is the only one in Austin that specializes in these blowouts. I went to Marlin and loved my hair when she was done. It was beautiful & looked absolutely amazing. However, things soon changed leaving me with bitter disappointment & frustration. The 2nd time I went to Marlin, she was running 2 hours late. This was a major inconvenience, since I was coming on my lunch break. I just used PTO to make up the time and decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and let that on slide. After leaving my visit, I scheduled a 3rd appointment 2 wks out to have my hair blown out again. I received a call from Marlin literally the morning of my appointment saying that she would have to take me later, because she had to make room to squeeze in another client. I was so angry & frustrated because again- I had scheduled this appointment around my work schedule. My hair was getting frizzy and I desperately needed a blow out so I just agreed and accepted her apology. She guaranteed me that noting like this would ever happen again. The last straw was when I made another appointment 2 weeks in advance (On a Saturday this time). I was heading to New York for New Years to watch the ball drop. My appointment was scheduled so my hair could look nice and be manageable while traveling to Time Square. I wanted everything to be perfect. 3 days before my trip, Marlin texted me saying she could not see me until a week later because she had decided to take a trip to Alaska. I was furious!!! She left me royally screwed!!! My hair was a mess and I had absolutely know clue what I would do. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed and let done by a hairdresser. Luckily, my old hairdresser squeezed in room for me & did a sew-in. From thereon, I have been using sew-ins to transition. I would NEVER recommend such an unreliable & irresponsible hairdresser to anyone!!! To seal the deal, I called the owner in an attempt to report Marlin's incompetence & was told that she would call me back. 1 week later.... NO CALL. I made 2 other attempts and heard nothing. It has been over a month and the owner still has not called me back. This place is a joke & a disgrace. Please think before you come here. This is simply unacceptable & a lack of professionalism to the fullest extent!!!
I got my hair done for my wedding at Salon Cherie. The trial run went fine and my stylist was really chill and nice. Her name is Morgan and is very relaxing to work with. On the morning of the wedding, she ended up running late because of car trouble but got there and worked quickly and calmed me down. However, before she arrived the owner asked me if I knew if my mother in law was coming to her appointment because she was late at that point. I said I wasn't sure and that she had said she might not show but I didn't know for sure and I hadn't set up the appointment. She started to stomp off and when I said that that appointment was not something I had any part in she responded with, "well that's really rude!" and stormed off. I promptly burst into tears because that was the last straw on a pretty stressful morning. I couldn't believe she said that knowing it wasn't my fault and it was my wedding day. It was very inconsiderate and I was very hurt by her comment. I can't recommend the salon because of that treatment though my stylist was fantastic!
Jenny, You're the best instructor i have ever had the privilage of working with. After our session, I was so relaxed, yet so aware of my body and mind. I loved it!! I would reccomend Mind Body Yoga to anyone in the Austin area that is interested in Yoga or Mindfulness therapy! Definately a MUST!!!Thanks JENNY!!
Tried CRYO Therapy for the 1st time at CRYO BODY WORKS and I'm hooked! I live a very active lifestyle in my 40's and aboslutley agree with every benefit cryo therapy has to offer. I no longer have to suffer through frequent ice baths which is 15 mins of pure pain! Caulen was very knowledgable and made my 1st experience a very pleasant one.
