Have been enjoying my rentals with this establishment for four years now. Have enjoyed working with Danielle, Greg now Ronnie. They are professional, caring and work hard at getting the job done. Love the friendliness and professionalism. I'm greeted with warm smiles.

I have rented from this Enterprise location for about 4 years, very often, about 2-4/times per month, usually on the weekends for business. Great company, excellent employees (Asst. Managers in training).
Good service. Internet prices are often lower than at the counter, so print out before you arrive, and they will give you those. manager saw I was having a bad day, offered an upgrade at no extra charge. That was very appreciated, and Enterprise is where I will be renting from now on.

WOW i just had the most awful experience with Danielle at Enterprise off Monument in concord ca.. First let me begin with the fact I signed up for a reservation but still ended up waiting an hr for the car which had not been delivered yet. I was promised there would be 15% taken off all final charges for my discomforts. We rented the smallest version car to save gas and saved up for the gas program because we were told its cheaper. To make a long story short we lost the keys and ended up getting the car towed overnight to avoid being charged an extra day. Drove about 2 gallons. The next day i get on the phone with Danielle who tells me im being charged 339 in full for everything. I said how can that be? She told me they charged about 230 for the tow truck plus the charges for the day. i said how could i be charged $100 dollars for a days rental when i was told it was 29.99 plus gas. She said they charged $40 for gas which i claimed was an outrage being we only drove 2 gallons and it was a Nissan Sentra which came half full. How could we even have possibly used that much gas? She agreed and told me there would be a $40 dollar gas credit attached to my next rental. The other charges were her fault because according to her she did not get the car into the system before 3 pm. She promised she would get it handled before they close and return my call and email me a receipt. I never received that call and figured everything was taken care of. Until today that is when i checked my bank account and see ive been charged $330 for the car. I called the office to dispute and was told by the manager Danielle would return my call as she was currently with a customer. 1 hr later i got sick of waiting and call and Danielle picks up. I told her i called an hr ago and was waiting for her to call back about the reciept she promised me on the 16th which she never returned my call. She said she did and nobody answered. So she left a voice mail. Ofcourse i never got a call that night so there is no voice mail. Just like she never called back today. So Danielle tells me on her end it says they charged 253 and theres nothing she can do about it. I told her on my end my bank account says i was charged 330 and what can i do about this. She tells me she can call my bank and she them receipts and i asked her what would that do? She said she was trying to resolve the situation. I asked her why she never called me back that night and she started talking over me all ghetto and claiming i was talking over her? I thought the customer was always right? So i should just shut up and listen to you talk? Wow Danielle. So then she says i can take it up with her corporate manager but before i could get the number she hangs up like a child. I called back a few times and she literally picked up the phone then hung it back up. This is a professional establishment by the way. Or i thought it was at least. So now Danielle hates me and wont rent me a car so im never even going to get my 40 dollar gas credit. or have my charges disputed. Im actually online google the corporate managers number as we speak. This is appalling I cant believe they would treat a customer like this.
I had to rent a car for two days only, and returned it to the auto body shop at the end of the second day. The auto body shop then convinced me to leave the rental there and they would take care of returning it to Hertz for me, since the two companies were linked. Not only did I get 3 days of charges to my credit card, but when I called to request a simple receipt (which I thought I would have received anyway via email) I was told they were very busy and could not deal with me at the moment. They took my number and said they would call me back. Three hours later, I called back to question this, and the same thing happened. I waited yet another three hours and got the same man, and this time he asked to put me on hold, which after doing so, hung up me. I will never rent from this company again, plain and simple.
