YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Well I am only writing a review because no other reviews are on here and like me I was looking high and low for reviews when I was first apartment hunting. I haven't moved in as of yet but here it goes.Contacting the leasing agency was great, customer service was wonderful and as of right now any and every time I contact DelMonica June (which is the leasing manager) she always answer back not emails but she'll definitely call you so it's always best to call especially if you want an immediate response. When I first ever went to apply, she was a little late so I was waiting for about 15mins, once she came I was a little irritated but she apologized and had a good enough reason for my wait, anything after was definitely above professional. I applied and 4 days later she called and told me I was approved, you have exactly one week to get the security deposit together and that's the holding fee also, good thing with them is your security deposit can be as low as $500 or as high as first months rent $794 (for a one bedroom), DEPENDS on your credit only way you probably will not be approved is if you have evictions in your background, there's no two and three times security deposit, that made me so happy, you get a move in date the day you bring in your security deposit, if its the middle of the month (like mines was) you're rent is prorated (which means half) and that is due on that move in day after you inspect your apartment (she like to inspect it with you, and that's good because if anything needs to be taken care of she can get it done right then and there instead of having to put in a service request). I'll definitely update once I move in and again 6 months after. Hope I could help anyone looking to move in Barclay Square ApartmentsPs: Oh and its two apartment complexes one on Woodbourne (where the leasing agency is) and the other is about 1 mile from there. So be sure she specify which one you'll be applying for.
I have lived at Park Raven Apartments for almost two years. So, as a resident of the community, I have to believe that any five-star review I read online is fake. There is nothing "great" about these apartments. Since living in Park Raven (less than two years) they have gone through 3 different property managers and each has been worse than the one before. As a result, I have experienced some of the worse property management I have ever seen in the last 6-8 months. Maintenance takes weeks to respond to simple calls, if they respond at all, and when they do it's a half fix. They find the cheapest, least expensive way to patch up a repair. Which means the problems are continuous. It's not uncommon for maintenance to fix the same problem over and over with glue, caulk and/or tape. The halls are also in terrible shape. None of the buildings look like the leasing office where the model is. The hallways in the resident buildings have stained, smelly carpet with paint peeling off the walls. It's so bad, I don't even touch the railings while walking up the steps. The leasing office really pushes "home security" when trying to interest a potential renter, but the intercoms to buzz guest in don't work and the front doors don't always close and lock because they are off track. It is also worth mentioning that most of these units DO NOT have a washer and dryer in them. When I first moved into the property I was told that every second floor apartment is washer and dryer accessible. It was only after my moving in and getting the run around, of course, that I realized that was not true. To make a long story short, just save yourself the headache and don't sign a lease with these slum-lords. I am now counting down the months until I can leave this dump without forfeiting my security deposit and destroying my credit.
Horrible experience with the lease. Read it carefully. They can change their terms anytime and charge you hidden fees. When I contact management about these concerns they stalled for a week while promising to reply with answers. They ended up making excuses on why they can reply and refused to answer any of my questions. They told me to get a lawyer to "interpret" the lease. Yeah... this place is shady.
This place is horrible!!! Do not rent here. We moved in 3 months ago. And the kitchen was never professionally cleaned. The refrigerator has had mold in it since we moved in. We have not been able to use or store food in our refrigerator. The maintenance people claimed the cleaned the mold. Cleaning one spot off with bleach will not do the job. This is a major health hazard. Rent has been paid on time since move in and our refrigerator has not yet been replaced. This company Is horrible and no one has solved this issue. After multiple calls, emails and complaints still nothing has been done. Disturbing? How do you rent out an apartment with a dirty molded refrigerator? The only thing a tenant should have to do is sanitize a refrigerator not remove mold.
My girlfriend went to pay her brother's rent for him because he had fallen on hard times and the office was very rude asking her "How come he can't pay his own rent? Why are you paying it for him? Is he disabled? No, then why can't he come pay it?" Wish we could find that corporate office number because she was treated very poorly just for trying to help her brother. Maintenance is non existent as well. Stay away!
Not even one star courtcase would be best said total of 3mths of hell heat not working tolit broke and then they want to turn you into collection when they can't even return your security deposit. ..wth bedbugs..best opinion find a house and they split the water bill with the whole unit..crazy

Do not move here . Horrible management. My AC is brocen, inside of my appartment is 82 degree and they said, its enough cold outside ??!! They never keep they words, maintenence not coming to fix what they suppose, the manager is insulting the residents. Never had this experience in my life. Stay fare away from this place.
My boyfriend lives here and even though I drive I love that everything is in walking distance. I really like the luxurious feeling you get when entering the building from both entrances. Actually I think that the best thing about Landbank Lofts are the marble bathrooms with great showers (water pressure) and after that would be the excellent view of the Baltimore City skyline from the two story windows in his loft
