I needed to rent a car after I was hit by another driver. Since I didn't know how long it would take for the other driver's insurance company to accept the claim, I rented for two days and was told I would be able to extend the contract. When I called back to extend, the representative on the phone said I would have to pay double for each day I extended!On top of that, I realized while speaking with her that the company had charged me $40 a day for collision damage waiver and liability waiver after I specifically said I didn't want them when I picked up the car. I had prepaid online, and was told the only charge to my credit card would be for the $200 deposit.They are liars and crooks. Go somewhere else.
Even though I had a reservation, it still took too long to get my car - about 20 minutes. It appears they are short handed. Car was nice and clean on the inside. The outside was dirty. It looked they literally just threw a bucket of soapy water on and said good enough. Won't use them next time.
Outstanding Service! My own car was in an accident and my insurance company sent me to Enterprise, and I so grateful they did. The car I was given was a brand new Ford Fusion Hybrid with 5050 miles. Wow! I've been an Enterprise car renter for over 15 years now, and have never been disappointed.
The SUV was quite a gas guzzler, but it was new and clean. The service was great; the representatives were pleasant and professional and the return process was very efficient.
From the counter to the car was less than 5 minutes. Received a free upgrade. Returning was hassle free and quick.
The outside of the SUV I rented for a week was dirty and they told me that the car wash doesn't do that good of a job. I paid for full service not mediocre service. Other than that the 2016 Ford Expedition was as a new vehicle should be......Great!
Excellent service! I Really enjoyed the customer service and attention. The car was spanking clean and brand new. I will definitely use Enterprise Rent-A-Car again. Actually I'll need to use them again very soon.

The personnel are extremely courteous and helpful. My wait time was at a minimum. The vehicle was clean. They gave me a choice of vehicles, which made me quite happy. I truly enjoyed the entire experience.
