YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

We've put together a small list to get you started on your journey -- and the first step starts with a single box.
PLEASE STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE !! Eaves Avalon are the worst place to rent. I had pretty frustrating experience with them since the time they sent out a lease renewal notice. They increased my rent by 20% for 1 year lease. And the Month To Month was almost 50% higher than my current monthly rent. Really? Basically if you don't sign the lease and you aren't able to find another place within a month - you are screwed royally as you'll end up paying all your salary in rent. They were quite blatant in saying this is all they could offer when I tried negotiating. I had no option but to move out as I couldn't afford it anymore(even if I could they might again raise it by 20% next year, who knows? So why stay there?). After I moved out and was happily living at much lower rent in South Bay(I thought I was done with this Avalon scam), they sent me a Full & Final Settlement. Guess what - they double charged me on utilities, electricity, water, sewer. They charged me around $250 for damage recover, paint etc apart from miscellaneous hefty charges. I want to state here that there was no damage to the house at all. I don't even have kids. I hardly drilled any holes. I personally cleaned the whole house and made sure everything was in order before leaving. I have pictures to show that the house was pretty much in the same state as when I got it initially including the paints on the walls. All my security deposit of $750 was gone already. I called their customer care and asked why there were so many hefty charges. They were confused too as to why there were double utility charges. But they were adamant that this is what it is. When I was arguing against this blatant money extortion - they were quoting "Collection Agency" multiple times to induce fear in me and accept their charges. I am still confused as to what action should I take. The CA rental laws protects tenants against charges which are considered normal wear and tear. But the thing is I don't have much time & energy to go for all these legal lawsuits etc. I got my busy job and I hardly have much time to go after these things. I am helpless. I'll keep posting these reviews to help others though. Please stay away from this place. They hire some very good leasing consultants and high sales pitchers in their office. Please don't fall prey to them.
I really enjoyed living at Beachcomber. The only reason I moved was because of a job transfer. When anything was wrong in my apartment it was fixed right away. I was always able to speak with the manager who is very nice as well as all the maintenance people. The rent is average price for the area. Other building in FC are newer however BC has large floor plans. I really enjoyed my stay.
