Very Serious Complaint Against CVS Pharmacy, Inc.Back on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, I had purchased two (2) of their bottles of Blue Buddha Organic Wellness Tea at the CVS store located at 1843 South La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90035 (310) 558-0373 at approximately 9:30 a.m. and I bought the bottles for the sole purpose of my workout at the LA Fitness location just outside of the store.Unfortunately, when I opened up one of the bottles, I ended up Cutting My Finger because one of the bottles had at least Two (2) Pieces Of Glass Stuck To The Bottle In Two (2) Different Places. Furthermore, the glass obviously came from the Side Of The Bottle and was Not Just Put There Out Of The Blue and Yes, I did contact the manufacturer who told ME that All Of Their Bottles Are Extremely Well Made and will Not Break, however, the Question That Still Remains is How Did The Broken Pieces Of Glass That Cut And Injured My Finger Get There?Well according to the manufacturer this was caused by one and/or by several of Your CVS Health Employees Who Were Careless With Their Boxes and/or Products and May Have Hit Them Against Something During The Transportation and/or Movement Process Which Could Include Throwing The Boxes Around and/or Mishandling Them. In Any Case, CVS Health Is 100% Responsible For The Cut On My Finger Because Their Employees Have Allowed Other Pieces Of Broken Glass From Their Other Products To Land and/or Remain On The Blue Buddha Organic Wellness Tea Bottle that I had purchased on that day! Please Note: Furthermore, during my experience with Your Product, I did Not Drop The Bottle At All and I attempted to consume it during one of my Workout Classes at LA Fitness where the incident happened. In Fact, I still have the bottle in my possession, including the two (2) pieces of glass that were connected to the bottle which I have kept in an envelope. Moving Right Along: When I finished my workout, I then made an immediate appointment to see the office of Doctor Dale Prokupek and seen the Nurse Practitioner who took additional photos, made a report and gave me some Bacitracin Antibiotic and Alcohol Prep To Use For The Next Three (3) Days. The contact information for the doctor's office was located at: Doctor Dale Prokupek8641 Wilshire Boulevard Suite #100Beverly Hills, California 90211(310) 360-6807 (1)Please NOTE: In Addition: If You Need The Store Receipt Showing Proof Of Purchase. My Response: I was in a rush to get to my Workout Class This Morning and did Not Take The Receipt With Me, however, I did go Right Back To The Store at around 12:00 p.m. that Very Same Day and Filed An Incident Report with Mr. Juan Ramirez, Store Manager and even he could see the broken pieces of glass on the bottle as well! Please Note: I have already Filed An Very Serious Complaint With Their Customer Relations Office and was Only Given A Case Number and No Resolution Was Ever Provided!Enclosed, in the attachments, please find pictures showing You My Injury and Pictures Of The Glass Bottle Showing You Where The Glass Was Located That Caused My Injury for your reference and further review.Since No Resolution, Nor Response Was Ever Properly Provided, I therefore Have No Other Recourse Except To Go To Small Claims Court And Solve It There!CVS Health Has Absolutely No Respect, Nor Dignity For Any Of Their Customers and Accepts No Responsibility For Any Of Their Negligence!Thank you.Sincerely yours,Howard Paul ShoreAngry And Upset CVS Health Customer /HPSEnclosures: Please See The Attachments For Pictures Showing You My Injury And Pictures Of The Glass Bottle Showing You Where The Glass Was Located That Caused My Injury For Your Reference And Further Review. I get meds sent to my residence, and this a reliable service.
I honestly wouldn’t even give this place one star! The absolute worst service I have experienced anywhere. If you’re looking for a pharmacist that does not understand English, gives you an attitude because she can’t process the question you asked. I called this pharmacy to make sure they had tamiflu available for my doctor to send over a prescription and instead of answering my question she told me she would not administer anything without a script. Duh! She acted as if I was a tamiflu feen for it? When I called back to make sure my doctor was able to get the script over she couldn’t answer my question. I hung up because I was extremely frustrated but limited in options as my dr was off for the day so getting the script was already a task enough. When I finally got myself back together to call and ask a different way, I asked “Hi I called and spoke to you early about a tamiflu prescription” and before I could get out another word she asked me how many times I was going to call her, when I responded “as many times as it takes to make sure you received my prescription and we’re going to fill it?” She then hung up on me. There is a shortage on this medication right now so I was very limited in my options. If this is the case for you as well I promise it is not worth the hassle dealing with this woman. Everything about this place is sketchy!
Good Service Good PeopleGreat Location
I had a very positive experience at this pharmacy. I found a nice spot on the street, although they have parking in the lot too. The place is very welcoming. The pharmacist got my order ready called me and went over everything with me personally. He is very knowledgable in his area and beyond. I will def go back.
They were professional and answered all the questions. They had my prescription ready fast. Great pharmacy overall.
Very well done and so helpful Thank you Rite Aid
The bomb.com. I always love dealing with professionals. Every time I visit here they make me feel like family. Plus I have the extra bonus of whatching Carmine dance.
I am always greeted by name when I visit this pharmacy. Even when the pharmacy assistant doesn't know my name, my presence in line is acknowledged.
I Did Not Have A Very Good Rite Aid Shopping Experience!Back on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at approximately 12:30 p.m., I visited your local downtown Rite Aid store located at: 500 South Broadway Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90013 (213) 623-5820 and did Not Have A Very Good Rite Aid Shopping Experience. The Waiting Lines were Horrendous and Your Female Store Employee that was servicing ME could have Invited ME to come Right To The Front Of The Line and/or offered ME a Chair To Sit Down since she could see that My Right Foot Was All Bandaged Up Because I Am In Extreme Pain Just Above The Heel At The Back Of My Foot.Well It Gets Much Worst Than That: When I finally got to the Front Counter To Pay For My Things, I realized that I Did Not Have A Plastic Spoon For My Yogurt and I asked the Exact, Same Cashier If She Could Please Get Me A Plastic Spoon For My Yogurt since it was somewhat hard for ME to Walk Around In My Current Condition (in which she could clearly see). You know What Her Response Was? Answer: The Spoons Are At The End Over By The Ice Cream Counter And You Could Go And Get One Yourself!I was in Extreme Shock! After I Slowly Walked All The Way To One End Of The Store With My Right Foot That Is In Extreme Pain Just To Get A Plastic Spoon since Your Female Cashier Was Too Lazy And/Or Selfish To Do So for ME on my behalf based on My Current Condition, I then asked to speak to her Manager to File A Complaint. When her Male Manager came over to ME, he did Absolutely Nothing About The Situation! In Fact, he was Not Even Interested In Hearing What The Customer (Meaning Me) Has To Say!I Honestly Have Had More Than Enough With The Damn Abuse Coming From Your Store!Your Rite Aid Corporation Store Employees Have Absolutely No Dignity And No Respect For Disabled, Handicapped and/or Even Customers That Are Bandaged Up Such As Myself And It Sure Shows! At This Point: I Am So Angry And Upset That I Am Publishing Negative Reviews On Social Media To Let The Public Know How Your Store Employees Treat Rite Aid Customers!Enclosed, in the attachment, please find a copy of the store receipt for your review and further reference.I probably will Not Go Back To That Particular Store based on that Horrible, Low Class Level Of Customer No Service!Thank you.Sincerely yours,Howard Paul ShoreAngry and Upset Rite Aid Corporation CustomerExecutive, Volunteer Writer For Google And Tripadvisor Websites/HPSEnclosure: Please See The Attachment For A Copy Of The Receipt For Your Review And Further Reference.
