Excellent care with pain management and surgeon. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, supportive. As an RN I know the great ones when I see them!
I have had several surgeries here and the Doctors and Staff are the Best! Knee Arthroscopy and Lumbar Spine Abulation. Your are in expert hands here! Also my granddaughter was born here.
I had to give at least one star very unfriendly rude do not listen to you wouldn't take my dog to them. Never again will I ever go to this place
Front clerk was stuffing her mouth with food when I walked in, had crumbs all over her face. Asked to insure they were in network and I was told they couldn't tell me that, that I had to check with my insurance company myself. I have been to plenty of health facilities that can tell you if they take your plan or not. Felt that she was too lazy to check. Could be wrong, but all the other places I have been to in the past year have been more than able to tell me if they were in my network for coverage or not. Very unprofessional and not very courteous!
Great customer service. Very helpful staff who was a great with my dad's his oxygen needs. They took the time to explain everything and were very pleasant to deal with.
Stay away from this place -- the quality of care is poor and they don't really seem to care. I had an pretty obvious staph infection in my leg. After a few seconds of "exam" I was given a non-responsive antibiotic, and the infection progressed, which is very dangerous. (Maybe they didn't want the loose ends/hassle/complication of diagnosing a staph infection? I dunno....) I got a second opinion at a Mercy Clinic. A P.A. took a look at it, correctly (and instantly) diagnosed it, lanced it and gave me a staph-treating antibiotic.I do not ordinarily leave reviews like this, but the quality of care was so poor, and when asked to take care of the bill I might as well have talked with a fence post. At some point, I have a duty to warn people about a clinic that is so poorly ran.
Dr. Govett is absolutely amazing! My husband and I loved the fact that he was so confident in what he was doing. We had problems with outlet daughter for years. We took her to the family doctor at least 2-3 times a month with allergy problems and he kept telling us to give her allergy medicine after allergy medicine and nothing worked. We finally decided to take her to a specialis (Dr. Govett) he suggested we put tubes in her ears and take her adenoids out and we have not had a problem since. We love how caring he was with us and made sure we understood every little detail!
Terrible experience with this company! Don't use them. You will regret it! They added exponentially to the stress my family is already dealing with after my husband's accident.
Upon arrival into the office the receptionist welcomed me and made me feel right at home! That is when I knew I had found the right office for me! After speaking to the doctor I was even more convinced that he was my guy. This place exudes one thing for me... Home.
I was a patient from 10/12 until Dr. Amayam got sick and I had to find another doctor. I found Dr. Amayam to be too busy to really care about his patients. I believe his entire goal was to convince you to get a $95,000 spinal chord stimulator. He convinced me to do it but all it did was make him a lot of money because it didn't help the pain. After having another spinal fusion in Dec 2014, my back surgeon found the metal leads to my stimulator loose and that was probably the reason it never worked well. Dr. Amayam is the one that put it in. Every month I went to Amayam, I sat in the waiting room from 1 to 2 hours and when I finally got to see him, he would ask "how are you?" and I'd say "fine" and he would say "good job" and then he'd walk out without another word. He was done with me and wasn't coming back. It was exactly like that every visit for a year. I'm sorry he got sick but I'm glad I had to find another doctor because the one I have now is awesome and very professional and will talk to you as long as you want and I'm always in and out of his office within 45 minutes. The one reviewer was right about the chairs in Amayam's waiting room - very cheap and hard as a rock. After sitting on them for an hour+ I could hardly walk back to the exam room.
