I was able to rent everything I needed for my son's party here. I rented a tent, chairs, tables, a cotton candy concession stand, and a few bounce houses, one with a slide, and one jumper. They worked with my budget and the kids had a BLAST! I would definitely book again with Bounce plus!

We rented a bumper car party and an inflatable movie screen from affordable party supply last weekend, and the kids loved it! I wanted the movie screen at first but when I checked out their site, I saw the bumper cars and couldn't resist. Everything arrived on time and the people setting it up were really nice. It wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it would be so that was a plus too. Will definitely be using them again since they have so many options.

Worst experience!! Never came to my son's party. And then at the last minute tried charging me more money.will never order use or recommend them.. Bounce house SA came and saved my son's waterslide party at the last hour.. Don't rent from theses people..

Rented a moon bounce for my son's birthday party, and he had a blast! They set it up for me, and made sure that it looked good and they even went the extra mile to consult with me on all their options. They have some really huge moon bounces that we'll probably get for the next family birthday. Great service and even better product!

I typically don't do this, but I feel the need to BLAST this so called company "The Cascaron Store" located in San Antonio off 931 Austin Highway St. She was willing to meet me during the labor day wknd (Sunday) as most of the stores were closed. I drove all the way across town to meet with her, showed her a pix of what I wanted and said she could do it. She gave me price and assured me that it would be ready for pick up the following Friday, after 2:30pm and that was it. I called last Wednesday to confirm that piñata would be ready and she confirmed it would be. I looked up number again online the day of, and something made me look at reviews (yes, I know! I should have done this from the beginning), so basically almost half of the reviews were bad. Well sure enough, I got to the location an hour before (1:30pm) waited til 2:45pm, no call, no one ever showed up either. Kept calling and calling and texting til 4:30 til I finally gave up! Called another place that saved the day.

Fantastic, Friendly people, I Buy my Custom Pinata every time here and love their work and how BEAUTIFUL they make all my pinatas. Their work is fantastic!!! Today I found myself in a tough spot due to one of my vendors falling through, I left several messages & spoke to lots of people, with no luck in finding the dance floor I so desperately needed. The amazing people at Alexander actually returned my call even though they did not have one available on the date I needed and gave me several contacts to where I might be able to find one. Bingo got one! But only thanks to them because every listing I was finding was a dead end. Talk about customer service! If they were willing to do this for someone who wasn't even their customer, imagine what they will do when you are. I will forever be great full and call Alexander first, this time with plenty of time so they can furnish my event themselves! Thank You Alexander Rentals! Your new forever customer.
