Don’t buy a Toyota unless you do some extra homework. They have a big problem with the design of their cars and trucks. Just look at the class action lawsuit in California. Their cars are not sealed and they allow rodents in through mult points of entry. The rodents like to feed on the wire casings yikes. Toyota will fix it and will charge you a ton of money because even in a leased vehicle it’s not their fault that they designed a car that any small animal can set up residence. Furthermore they will also depreciate the value of the vehicle if it has been invaded and you will pay a heavy penalty at trade in. Just think twice about purchasing a vehicle and do your homework because their are a few other vehicle manufacturers dealing mg with the same issue. Before you sign on the bottom line just please do the research I never thought in a million years that when I was sold a vehicle that had these issues that the law would not force companies with lines of people as their service departments dealing with the same issues to notify buyers of the risk. Our almost new vehicle is virtually unusable.
Once you buy a car here they ignore you. They do not care about providing service...either customer service or car service. They do not return phone calls, ignore appointments and are overall very unprofessional. Beware once you purchase from them, that is the end of their support. The administrative people, whether it be Dana Whaley's secretary, or those that do the check out in the service division, have no time for customers. In a recent emergency situation, they couldn't even deliver a message to me and when asked why not, they just shrugged it off. There are dealerships with so much better customer service in the area...check out Reno or Fallon if you want continued service once from the place where you bought your car.
Great and easy experience. I appreciate your patience as we worked on financial and prices. Good understanding and explanations of the car.
Rick is a great salesperson who is very helpful and thorough.
The amount of time and attentions that was given was unexpecterd after the sale was compleated. We appreciated it very much.
I appreciated the fact that everyone I dealt with was very helpful & up front without being pushy.
High stress sales, cars sold well above MSRP AND LIES LIES LIES.!! What more could you ask for?? They are the worst! Go to Reno. Or better yet drive to Sacramento. These guys are bad dudes. Read other reviewers then shop elsewhere.
Awesome job Dustin!! Very kind and helpful!!
Had a great experience in 2013, and had another great experience last night (07/07/16). Jeff Callister was our salesman, and he was absolutely wonderful. I was looking at a car that was most likely out of my budget (he didn't know that, haha), after having a bad experience the weekend before at another dealership in Reno. I wanted a Dodge Magnum. I was just chatting with him about that on the test drive, and he said that they had just finished servicing a Magnum they got in, and it was ready to sell. Mind you the Magnum was almost 1/2 the price of the car I was test driving. I know his commission may not have been as good on the Magnum, but he got me in the car I actually wanted, that night. The finance guy was awesome too. The whole experience was just wonderful. I will always go back to them, and recommend them to others. :-)
If you're looking for a company who cares and is eager to help this isn't the place to go. The salesman I spoke to made it seem like a huge inconvenience to help... if you are looking for a place to buy something and you already know exactly what you want and don't need any assistance now or in the future maybe this is your place. Personally, I prefer a company who's there to do more than just swipe your card
