I have been in the market for a 335 with red interior for a few months, after doing much research I found this place located in Casselberry FL. I live in the panhandle area of Florida so I was a little concerned as to the drive and being disappointed. Tony was the gentlemen that answered all my questions on the phone and even took additional pictures and a walk around video. I felt like for him to take the time and patience to do that for me was very comforting and reassuring. I drove down on a Saturday, the car was in the showroom, spotless and beautiful. I wanted to test drive it in which Tony offered I go by myself, he knew a lot about BMW's so I wanted him to go with me. He showed me lots of the little things that I had no clue about. I am completely in love with my new car and would send my friends and family to them even with the drive. Will be coming back when I'm ready for my next car.
By far the worst place to ever go for savvy buyers. First and foremost, I am a savvy buyer and extremely concerned about what I am purchasing (AS ANYONE SHOULD BE!). I went to this dealership first to test drive a vehicle that I was interested in. After taking the car for a drive and having what I felt was a thorough look under the hood and under the vehicle I felt it was not worth the price they were asking and if I were to pay for the vehicle I probably would have only paid 3500 for a 8000 car. Let not forget that the vehicle wouldn't start when I went to test drive it. I than decided to look at a similar vehicle to see if it had less issues. Same thing applied to this vehicle. You could clearly see frame damage and clearly see that the car was freshly painted. My concern with this vehicle was that they were trying to sell you a lovely fresh of paint coat to cover the mechanical issues underlying. It was than that I decided to pass. I subscribed to their inventory update and saw yet another vehicle that I was interested in. I than decided to check it out. Under first impression my husband and I walked in to be greeted by someone whos said he didn't work there and that the employees were at a different lot that operated. (Although, that gentle man was polite.) We took an outside look of the vehicle and yet again saw rust and frame damage but, overall in better condition than the other 2 vehicles I was previously interested in. The sales man showed up a couple minutes later with a grim face looking upset that my husband and I were back on the lot to check out this vehicle. We asked to see and test drive the car and we were blatantly told "He didn't have time for us to point out the things that were wrong with the vehicle" and that we were not going to be allowed to test drive it.Lets get one thing straight! I understand the fact that you don't want to have your time wasted but, it is part of your job to cater to the consumer. By denying me the right to thoroughly inspect this vehicle proves the lack of quality your vehicle has. And if not that than more than definitely the lack of quality service you possess as a salesman. By the way, LEARN TO STAY OFF YOUR PHONE AND MAKE EYE CONTACT! Its completely rude! And another word of advise is that ONLY STUPID PEOPLE GO INTO MAKING PURCHASES WITHOUT THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATING IT. If you expect someone to do so it leads me to believe that you are yet another BHPH in business to set consumers up for failure with the ability to committing to a car note on the pretense that your selling damaged goods!Key points to this dealership, HIGHLY OVERPRICED, LACK OF QUALITY IN INVENTORY & EXTREME LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. The most undermining, and degrading experience I have ever had in my life. Call me naïve but, I cannot believe there are people like this out there.FYI This dealership deserves (negative) -150.6666666666666666 stars
BEST USED CAR DEALER AROUND THEY HELP EVERYONE
Please do not do business with these people. Do your research and Google any phrase you can think of using their name, and read the posts across the forums. You won't find many people that are happy with this place. It seems their reputation is spreading, and hopefully soon they will be out of business. I personally, while deployed overseas, made the mistake of buying a Saleen from them. When I got home for rnr, the supposed "Garaged kept pristine" Saleen, was far from what they said. After sending it to a mechanic, it was found to have a blown motor, and every panel on the car was dented and scratched. A year later, I am still pursuing them through legal channels, with no results yet to report. Do business with them at your own risk. If you could give them a negative star rating I would! And so would many, many others!
They have everything there; I brought my kids with me and they where entertained with the waiting room area, snacks and complimentary waters. They do more than just the selling cars side, they had a mechanical and body shop also. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, they gave me a great amount on my van that I traded in. I don't have that great of credit and they got me approved. The sales people aren't pushy or harassing. My family and I will be a life long customer! I highly recommend this company.
I have never been to a used car dealership with such an extensive inventory. These guys have the best in exotic and luxury vehicles at a fair price.Everyone one was friendly and anxious to help out in any way.I purchased my vehicle and still stop in often to see their collection of classic cars. They always welcome me back and urge myself and the family to stop in any time.If you are looking for a headache free car purchase, head to Auto sports.I guarantee you will not be disappointed.I wasnt.
After searching for weeks for the lowest possible mileage and priced C63, Autosports popped up on Autotrader with exactly what I was looking for. They directed me to their website with close to 50 photos and described the vehicle to me including every detail over the phone without hesitating. Unlike most dealers saying the car was "perfect" and to just "come in" they explained to me the condition and even told me about a few scratches on the vehicle so that I wasn't upset upon arrival. I drove about three hours from South Florida and was impressed. The car was better than described, the dealership was massive for a used car store and their showroom was plenty of entertainment. I'll buy here again and again and if I lived closer I would bring my car there for service too!
I ONLY bring my BMW to Autosports for service. There are not a lot of trusted and reliable mechanic shops anymore. Especially being a girl it's hard to find a place that won't use your lack of knowledge against you and take advantage of you.
I have been taking my car here for years! they do a great job! highly reccomend-they also service german cars (which is great for me since i have a mercedes)
I have purchased 2 cars from AUTOSPORTS and my brother just purchased his first on wednesday. I would highly reccomend them! They have great customer service and stand behind every car they sell and service
